Shower head needed replacing but that’s a minute criticism as it still hand a hand held shower head.

Loved the room and private hot tub. Amazing views and awesome pool area with sun lounges to laze and watch the stunning sunset.

It might be nice to have better coffee options in such gorgeous rooms, as the instant coffee doesn't match how beautiful the rooms are.

We cannot thank the hotel enough for our magical stay. They gave us a free upgrade to and amazing suite, which was so kind. Even if we had stayed in the original room, the views from the hotel at sunset would have been spectacular. They let us stay at the hotel after check out and had showers you could use to change before travelling. We didn't use it, but they had a breakfast delivery option if you wanted.

Not related to the hotel.- They offer breakfast for an extra charge not part of the hotel. They outsource it from a group (?). I don’t recommend ordering it; it is expensive, and by the time it arrives, it is cold. Also, they deliver it in boxes and a lot of packing, so if you are environmentally conscious, I suggest not using this system and going to the nearby cafes.

Agnadema Apartments—what a beautiful place! There was no need to leave the premises. We were there for a short stay, and the sunset was unbelievably beautiful. Yes, the stairs could be the problem, but Xhuliano (staff assistant) was waiting for us to take our luggage to the room. We had only 10 US dollars to tip, which felt too short for the work… Claudia, the front desk assistant, was super nice and very useful as well. The hotel is highly recommended.

The only bad thing is the driver for the transfer. He is not from the hotel but the hotel pass the contact. He was super unpolite demanding tips.

Nothing. The Villas are beautiful and they revamped the pool area two years ago. One of the most beautiful views on the Caldera. What’s not to like?

Everything. The Villa was gorgeous and the staff was fantastic. Claudia, Flora, Juliano were the best. Helpful, friendly and professional. We were there 20 years ago so it was nice to come back and visit again.

Very kind staff! When arrived someone from the team was already waiting for us and helped carrying the luggage down the small streets towards the hotel, same when we left. Thank you! The property is amazing. Firostefani is conveniently located on the island. Lots of stuff to do within walking distance and close to the bus stop. The staff is so helpful and kind. The apartment and balcony is luxurious! Everything we wanted and more.

Santorini is full of steps. No fault of the hotel. Just need to be a little fit to walk up and down 78 steps of stairs! Not a problem after a day or two. Good exercise!

The only thing I would add is breakfast. Because it is quite a trek to get up to the restaurants or markets, it would be great to have breakfast available. Then we could have spent a few hrs relaxing at the pool before going up to town.

Wish it was a little closer to town, but it really wasn't far.

The view is amazing. The room was a little small for 5 people, but we were happy with 2 bathrooms. Wish we could have stayed here for a few more days. The walk up and down the stairs to the main area (restaurants) could be a challenge for anyone with challenges. They help you with your bags if needed. The walk into Fira is 20mins. Nice walk when it's cool. parking across the street if you rent a car (which is a must if you want to see the island) . I would organize the rental through the hotel or in town- pretty easy and cheap and they will deliver the car to you.

While the location offers amazing views, you might want to consider that the hotel is located at the lower foot of the slope and there's a lot of steps.

I really like this hotel, it has beautiful scenery, it can see the most beautiful sunset, it has a shared swimming pool, and children like to play in the hot tub at night. The hotel staff helped us move our luggage and introduced the restaurant. They were very friendly!

We would have been in trouble if my knee kept hurting before we arrived but that's my fault for not working out how many stairs there were when I booked it... but it was worth it for the location & views.

Everything was ideal. The room was exactly as the pictures showed, our verandah overlooking the caldera & having the pool were lovely additions. The staff were very friendly & helpful and the location was perfect to walk to Thira, Imerovigli & our own restaurants / cafes. So glad we didn't stay in Oia, way too many people just walking thru to take photos. Fantastic couple of days. Thank you.

There are only four sunbeds around the pool and it may get crowded, depending on how many guests use the pool but during our stay we were able to find free spots. The breakfast is provided by an external partner (local bakery) and it's generally not worth the price.

The location is ideal if you woukd like to avoid the crowds in Fira. Firostefani and the accommodation is quiter and you can still walk to Fira within 15-20 minutes. There is a nice view of the caldera and Imerovigli, as well as direct view of the sunset. Very friendly staff. We spent a great couple of days and would definitely recommend!

We would like to Thank Juliano, he was so helpful, we had loads of big bags and he carried them all for us through the many fleets of stairs. Great service by Juliano, extremely kind and professional. Would also like to thank the housekeeping staff, their attention to detail was impeccable. The kind lady that cleaned our room was very professional and did it with a smile. Our family had a great stay here. Would love to come again also for the cat that befriended us. ❤️
