The rooms are located near the center and the beach of Perissa. You can reach both within a few minutes. The most I liked the street along the beach where you have a big choice of tavernas and bars where you can have dinner sitting with the feet on the sand and watching the sea. The next busstop is max 200 meters away so that you can get to Fira and all other destinations very easily. The infrastructure is very good. The hosts care a lot to make your stay pleasant.

Apart from what I wrote above, just know that you cannot enjoy the beautiful sunset from this location. I can say nothing about the bakery the others wrote about in their reviews, because it was closed for three days. The bus stop is nearby, and you can go to other places by bus, in case you travel on a budget. For Oia, you can only go to Fira first, and then take another bus to Oia. In September 2023, the bus ticket is 1.60 euro to anywhere except for Fira. It is 2.20 euro to go to Fira. There is indeed a supermarket nearby, too. Carrefour. You get a tiny bar of soap, which would not melt at all. It feels like rubbing your body with a piece of tin. So bring soap. When I arrived, I found a small bottle of water in the fridge, which was great.

There are few houses on a small unpaved alley. The room was quite small, especially the bathroom, with the shower next to the WC, and there was a sort of flood immediately after shower, so difficult to use the toilet for a short while. After flushing, there was terrible noise for long minutes, like a noisy waterfall. It must have been annoying for the neighbour. I could not help it, though. I could barely sleep with the noise. The small fridge is bit noisy, too. There are two beds, and I had to pay for both of them, even though I was alone. So I was bit unhappy with the high price, considering the modest room without view from the window or the door. There was a large oily stain on the sheet on one bed. Maybe it was clean and simply stained previously. The tap water is salty, so I cleaned my face with special cosmetics. I washed one top, and there were whitish stains on it afterwards after having washed it, so bring enough clothing items. The beach is quite far, even though I walk much. The alleys were deserted, and some people in a passing car yelled and scared me, so I gave up walking to the beach a second time. There is nothing at all to see or do in Perissa, except for the (pebbled) beach with restaurant. You can only walk to the bus stop and travel daily by bus elsewhere. Akrotiri is the nearest place, with the excavations, and a walk to the red beach, which is quite narrow and it was crowded when I got there. The location seemed good online, however I would stay somewhere in the middle of the island on a different trip, in Pyrgos or Mesaria. I chose this place because of good reviews. After mentioning the salty tap water, it seemed to be a cut in the conversation with the owner, she simply said ”no good English.” And when I reached home late in the evening on the next day, I found the waste in the bathroom. I had expected somebody to take it out. It is forbidden to throw paper in the toilet, and the smell was unpleasant. It is better to take out the waste.

The bathroom was too small and seemed to be dirty, the bed was uncomfortable.

The location was really good. The beach is 800m from the hotel, grocery 200m, bus stop 200 m. The room was small but modest.

Everything was great, the only thing I think of saying is that the bathroom is very small.

It was simple, but very good for what we paid for, the property is very pretty and the family that owns it very nice! The location is nice because it is super close to a bus stop and a supermarket as well a bakery for breakfast.

There were 0 signal of WiFi inside the room, had to use out of the room but they had table and chairs along with the door PLUS our stay was for just one day so it didn't bother much

Everything was great but If I mention one thing, then it will definitely be the staff. The host were great, smiling and super nice. Its run by a family that is super sweet and definitely it is the best place to stay at Perissa.

The host was so lovely and welcoming! Really helped me with anything I needed. The rooms are basic but great value for money and they have everything you need! A suggestion for improvement would be maybe a kettle in the room for making some tea or coffee and some cutlery for eating food like yoghurts etc.

Great location, nice bakery at the entrance for morning coffee. Lovely and kind family atmosphere, very welcoming and helpful. Close to the beach and bus stop and very clean and nicely decorated. Couldn't really fault it in any way. Perissa is also a delight, beautiful peaceful part of the island. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

I spent in Agios Antonios 4 days, and it was really nice stay. The owners were very helpful and kind. Hotel is in perfect location, very close to the bus stop, supermarket and the best bakery in the town. The black sandy beach is localized 5 minuted by walk. The room with bathroom were spacious, you go out from the room directly to the garden- and it was very comfortable. I remommend .

We spent there only two nights, but everything was OK - very friendly owner (and the whole family), perfect location (just a short walk from a beach, close to restaurants, bus stop, bakery..), accommodation was simple, but clean, comfy and even nicer then on the photos. The weather was very windy, but we still enjoyed our stay in Perissa very much and I would anytime come back.

A little bit difficult to take shower. The bathroom was quite small and there was no shower curtain so the water was going everywhere.

We didn't spend a long time in Agios Antonios. Just one night. However, it was our first stay on Santorini so we were looking for something affordable. The owner is a sweet and very helpful lady.
