Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Thank you very much for your hospitality! The hosts are extremely kind and friendly. Paradise place. Where you completely forget about the hustle and bustle of civilization. The view is wonderful. The beach is literally in your backyard. Clean, sandy, shallow calm water. The sandy strip in front of the hotel is small, but it is quite enough for hotel guests, the sea is yours alone. The cool, deep shade of the olive and palm trees is so pleasant that you won't want to get up from there. No five-star sun lounger and umbrella can compete with this lovely shade. The food is always fresh and very tasty. And if you wish, you can discuss with the hosts a more specific menu for you, which guarantees you fresh, local products. The rooms are clean and well maintained, but in good weather you won't spend much time there. The absence of a TV is a plus, if you leave tablets and phones, you will do a wonderful detox from technology. So if you want noisy beaches and bars full of crowds, sorry this is not your place. However, if you want complete relaxation and silence, you are definitely in the right place. A place we would love to return to. 🙂🤗🙂

Everything was so nice and well organize. Very clean room, tasty food, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. There is very good Wifi and there is no TV which for us is a great advantage. Really enjoy our stay and had great time. We highly appreciate a lot the hospitality and efforts of our hosts!

The location of the property is great. really close to the beach. There is a lovely olive tree garden if you prefer a bit more shady area. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in an outdoor space with an amazing view to the sea. Not lastly the hosts Christos and Alex are amazing. Thank you for making our holiday so amazing and hope to see you soon.

The sight from our room. The nearby beach. All the facilities, really: the free sunbeds, natural shade from the palm trees, the shower in the garden, the host, the quit & cozy vibes it gave us. We really really enjoyed our stay. Would come again sometime.

We had the most wonderful 10 days being served all our delicious meals on the lovely terrace looking at the sea. Then resting on sun loungers wherever you want in the shade of the trees and swimming in the warm sea, right in front. There is space for everyone, very comfortable beds, great conversation with fellow interesting guests rather than loud music, and Christos is a fantastic host who cooked us fresh Dorado, King Prawns etc. The included breakfast is really good, with a generous thermos of good coffee, eggs however you want them, juice, fresh warm bread etc. You can walk in 5 mins to a few shops and other restaurants for a change but there’s no need to and we hardly ever did as it was hot, there was no need as the food was great, very reasonably priced, and you couldn’t beat the location of that uncrowded terrace at the sea! The wifi was good too and the staff were all vaccinated with a sign up saying so :) A much needed real holiday for a couple of weary travellers!
