The furnishing is a little dated but otherwise really no complaints at all.

We had a great spacious room with living room area, separate bedroom and a direct access to a sunset terrace! The location of the place is perfect - not along any crazy crowded street so it was quiet enough, yet just a stone's away from the main attractions, which allowed us quick and easy access to them before the crowds came. The breakfast has a good spread and has variations daily. Reception service was helpful and gave us suggestions and tips on our queries.

Toilet broke, but they fixed it right away. Beds a little hard but tends to be that way in Greece so I'm told

Wow! What a beautiful hotel right in the centre of Oia! Beautiful property and very good food. It is a magical oasis from the busy tourists that throng this lovely island village.

Lots of steps to access our room and some of those steps were a tad high. But, this is as expected here so not a big deal.

Our suite (#8) had a bedroom, living room, a room with cabinets and the refrigerator/kettle and a bathroom. It was very spacious and comfortable. It also had two doors - one to access the property exit easily (and a small terrace with a close view of the rooftop of the Church of the Panagia Akathistos Hymn) and the other to access the terrace and pool and reception. The large terrace felt like our own as it wasn’t near the other rooms. It also overlooked the other side of the island. There was a separate terrace on the other side of the property that overlooked the caldera complete with a blue dome. The Greek-style breakfast buffet was great. Reception was very nice and they greeted us with a refreshing glass of juice/(mimosa?) when we arrived. Loved that with 3 separate entrances to the property, we basically had a shortcut to the different sides of Oia town. They also allowed us to have a photographer come and take our pictures around the property. When we left, they had someone carry our bag out to the taxi.

Amazing place. Very central but a wonderful escape from the crowds. Lots of space by the pool. Beautiful sunset terrace. Ideal with small children to retreat to after short walks around oia.

We loved the location and the look and feel of the property. It was peaceful when we arrived back at the property from the hustle and bustle of the streets.

The pool area is not too big and at breakfast the sitting places are quite taken. Simple breakfast.

Perfect location. Not too many steps to and from the main street. It has 3 entrances, so you can access the church yard, shopping street or the alley a bit further down easily. Right by the bigger chirch with blue dome. Our superior class room had a huge terasse with sunbeds and we could see the sunset right from there. Beautful view. They also have 2 sunset terasses. They also have small meals available with really affordable prices.

Reception guy would not even say hello. Drinks and food not allowed in the pool area. Swimming pool open till 9, however the cleaning was taking place after 7 pm!! Not enough food for breakfast if you go before 10 o'clock.

The hotel was amazing, beautiful room in Greek style. Just in the centre of Oia, close to shops, restaurants and bus station. Amazing view from the pool and terrace. Would definetely recommend 👌

Very relaxed and feels like you are a million miles from the bustling centre of Oia, despite being bang in the middle!! Stunning rooms and beautiful, peaceful pool. The sunset view from the terrace are incredible!!

We stayed at room No 19 and the access to the terrace was a little tricky. While we managed, it will be really difficult for the elderly. Not sure why they have a practice of noting down the credit card numbers manually. Being a reasonably experienced property, it would have been great if they had a more digital (read secure) way of handling credit card information. While there have been no incidents in my case, it's just that this practice feels really insecure Was surprised at the 10.30 checkout as at the other two places we stayed in Greece - Mykonos and Athens the checkout was at 11. A little more surprising was the staff coming to remind us at 10.45. While it's their duty, usually the properties I've stayed at allow you a 30-45 minute relaxation.

The property is at an amazing location in Oia. On the one hand all the scenic places and photo spots are just around the corner and on the other hand it is very close to the public parking so in my opinion one of the best locations. Yes, it is not one of the instagram highlighted houses with a private tub overlooking the sea but it if you are the practical kinds who can live with seeing an equally beautiful view from the terrace - this is a great choice! The room itself was a pretty spacious. The breakfast and the pool are both really good too!

I found a bit cheeky that the hotel maids left a request with envelope for tips. We always leave tips to hotel maids to show we appreciate the service. I think it makes the hotel look a bit cheap when they ask for it directly. I've never experienced this before. At least not in European country. Also, a tip jar was placed in the breakfast area where we were asked to tidy up after ourselves anyway.

It was an oasis in the middle of busy Oia. Lovely and clean place with beautiful view of the church. Simple but nice breakfasts. Very nice staff. Helped me to get my phone back when I left it in the taxi car.

We loved everything!

I loved the location! It was very easy to get to the strip of shops and restaurants. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the views were amazing!! We will be repeat visitors when we return to Santorini.
