It’s a stunning property in a wuiet location with 3 restaraunts in close proximity. We only tried one though because the food was absolutley AMAZING! There is also a little convenient store that offers everything you need at local prices verses the price gauging at the touristy locations! The host Eugenia and Azad, the care taker, spoiled us rotten! We never wanted for anything! Azad evem served us breakfast in our apartment every day and we chose from a loval Greek menu! Everything was included, including fresh swueezed OJ!

The place is very cosy: comfy bed, well decorated room, nice terrace and jacuzzi. The breakfast was good as well - served in the room. Evgenia and Azad were extremely helpful and nice. Definitely recommend the property.

Our hostess, Euginia, made every effort to make us feel as comfortable as possible. She maintained contact with me to ensure that we knew where to go upon arrival in Santorini. She ensured that we got to the accommodation safely, took the time help us plan out an itinerary for every day that we were there, assisted us with bookings/reservations and pretty much sure that we made the most of every moment on the island. I definitely recommend Aetheria Villas to anyone who wishes to visit Santorini!

As we came here in off-season (end of March), the only thing missing was bath robes and a blanket for enjoying the sea view on the terrace.

The villa was very beautiful, clean (cleaning service came every day) and romantic. We really enjoyed both tubs, the one on the terrace as well as the one in the room. The hostess was amazing, gave us the best restaurant recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed and more! Most certainly would recommend staying here!

First of all the hosts, Konstantinos and Eugenia were super nice. He waited us in the parking lot and escort us to the place. The neighborhood includes good-looking small greekish houses and cave houses, everything was quiet and calm, note that we visited in November tho. The superior room is large enough, well-designed with the dark grey cave-styled walls and an inside hot tub which has nice bubbles and underwater LED lights. These will get you in the mood instantly for sure! You got superb bathroom with large mirror and some useful tools. Because of the inside pool, the air is quite humid in the room, but you get used to it in 2 minutes and sleeping in this humid environment makes wonders for your skin (according to my lady :) ). On the rooftop you got a cool outside jacuzzi with warm water and a wonderful view to the sea. All in all one final advice for the reader: you should try that one out, my friend! :)

Be aware that one villa, that is located in the basement will have one part of the storage facilities INSIDE the villa. The staff has to pass trough the room to get to the storage. He had to enter twice during our stay, once in the evening time on our first night and then the next day in the morning hours. The staff was really nice but we were staying at the villa during the last days of our Honeymoon, so I find this worth mentioning for anyone who plans to stay a lot of time inside the accommodation rather than being out exploring. Advice to the owner: Maybe it is possible to relocate the facilities to make sure that the staff does not have to enter, avoiding an awkward and irritating situation for both staff and customers.

The villa was just as described, the interior stunningly beautiful and staff Eugenia was just the loveliest host. We arrived early and she let us check in earlier than expected, which was really helpful as we weren't forced to look for a storage facility. She also helped us arrange a shuttle service for our last day early in the morning for a reasonable price. AND she was kind to the cats in the vicinity which left my wife with a good first impression. That being said..

The villa was perfect but other travellers should note: - there is an indoor jacuzzi next to the shower and day couch/living area/kitchen which is all open plan - warm and fun to use - would be great for couples but a little tricky travelling with friends if you want to take a shower - there is no door or curtain - Note this area is not close to the beach - you'll need to drive to get to Perissa etc

Super comfortable stay, perfect for our 3 day trip to Santorini. It is a 10 minute walk from Oia, away from crowds yet close enough (not recommended for wheelchair users- the place is only accessible via foot. ~3 mins rough path after parking) The villa is exactly like how it is shown online in photos. Tasteful minimalist decor and spacious on the inside, with a private balcony and jacuzzi outside! Special shout out to Eugenia who was an excellent host- she even helped us arrange a boat trip. Highly recommended!

The room is beautiful, especially wiry the wow factor of the hot tub and the bathroom. the jacuzzi upstairs is also fantastic especially at night under the stars or in the morning for a relaxed breakfast. Also a short walk to local restaurants, a local shop and the public bus. Eugenia is a wonderful host with excellent suggestions and tips.

The perfect stay close from Oia but in a quiet village. The warm and excellent welcome from our host, Eugenia, who gave us so many helpful informations about Santorini.

Our breakfast was messed up for 2 consecutive days and did not receive what we asked for . Breakfast is served in parcel packets. Some improvements can be done in the way breakfast is served in the room . No full mirror in the room to get dressed up for women . Given Santorini is famous for photography, this would help . Not all the villas are having the sea view rather facing the other hotels / restaurant.

Good location . 10 min walk from Oia market . Great host with warm welcome and helping . Gave overview of the property well and also helped in planning out our itinerary for the trip . Property was clean and and regular cleaning service everyday . Very helpful in arranging a rental car for us .
