Beautiful room, great breakfast. Many cute cats paid their visit. My room door opens up to an unobstructed view of the Aegeon ocean. It is right next to the Oia castle, so I was able to eat my dinner on the terrace and walk over to see the golden sunset over the cliff. Also, Costas is such a great host, makes you feel like you have a local friend

The terrace had such a beautiful view, it would be great to have the chairs/umbrella/terrace itself a little bit renovated

The view was out of this world + great location in the center of Oia. All photo points at your doorstep. Bottle of wine was a great touch and I appreciated help with my luggage so late at night. The room was spacious and communication was good via WhatsApp

Stairs to hotel were steep. Staff helped us with our luggage. Be aware if you are bringing a lot of luggage.

Lots of really steep steps to get to our room. Also the shower was a short area that had a hand-held shower head without any glass or walls to keep the water in.

Unique property with cave type room and great location by castle with amazing views of caldera! Very helpful staff carrying suitcases up and down MANY stairs and setting up transport to/from port. Good breakfast included.

Breakfast could be better.

The place was magnificent, full view of the sea. I could not see the sunset from my room but from the terrace of the hotel. Kostas was very helpful and nice.

A lot of stairs, but that is to be expected in Oia.

Amazing location in Oia. Steps from lots of shops and restaurants. Staff were exceptionally helpful with our luggage down the steep stairs and also arranging transportation to the port for our arrival and departure.

The robes provided were too small. Some furnishings looked a little tired, used or faded. (rug, bed throw, sofa).

The view from the suite was incredibly beautiful. It was a quiet haven, away from the busy tourist area of Oia. We loved the hot tub. It was refreshing on hot days. Costa was amazing. He works so hard. From meeting us in town to guide us to the suites, to bringing us breakfast daily, and ensuring the hot tub was looked after.

The room entrance into the bathroom was a little short. I hit my head a few times. Not a huge deal, but for anyone taller than me at 6 ft, could be a problem.

The breakfast being delivered was an awesome addition. We loved the view, idk if you can find much better in Oia. The jacuzzi was nice as well. We were the perfect distance away from the busy streets.

The quality of the breakfast could definitely be improved. We would have appreciated some complementary drink water, since the tap water is not very good. There is water purchasable in the minibar, but considering the price of the accommodation we feel it should be included.

Perfect location right at the tip of Oia. We were able to watch the sunrise from our room. The staff was very friendly and especially helpful with getting our luggage to and from the accommodation. We also had a few kitten guests, which were very lovable.

The property was great but if you have mobility issues the stairs may be a problem. Could use better lighting but it is suppose to be a cave like room.

The view was amazing. Location was great. We were met at the port and assisted with luggage once we arrived in town which was very much appreciated based on the numbers of steps. Breakfast was plentiful and delivered on time. Room was spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Bottle of wine provided on first day. Hotel manager easy to contact and provided transportation.

The view is amazing. It doesn't quite face sunset or sunrise but you have an amazing view of the caldera, and easy access to Oia's main pedestrian street. If you have heavy bags, definitely arrange with the hotel in advance to pick you up from the airport/ferry. They'll both pick you up in a car/bus, and also carry your bags to your room. The hotel itself has quite a few stairs, but lugging bags through the uneven crowded streets of Oia is also difficult (the closest car dropoff is a 5 min walk).

It is right next to the Castle of Oia, which means it has a stunning view. If you want to find a place you can be just relaxing with peace and quiet and you don’t need a swimming pool, I think this hotel is surely one of the best in Oia. The super-friendly staffs tried their best to help us with everything including early check-in, luggage storage, and grabbing a taxi.

Beautiful and very clean cave apartment with big balcony and phenomenal view in a great, central (but quiet) location of Oia! Beds were very comfortable with ample storage in big bedroom closet. Mike and Antonio were very responsive and helpful and even provided welcome bottle of wine. The breakfast offerings were extensive and even included delicious omelette options. The breakfast ordering was flexible and delivered on time to your balcony. Daily room service with clean towels and shampoos etc were provided. The AC worked great. The sunrises were gorgeous from our private balcony, and you could see sunsets from the upper, complex-entry balcony if you didn’t want to deal with crowds at the castle. Luggage storage before or after stay was convenient too. There are a lot of steep stairs but they are manageable and we considered them as “built in exercise”.

Clean unique cave home at a fantastic location. Breakfast over the bay in the mornings and the view can’t be beat. Amazing service from the staff and suggestions for what to do on the island from Mike. Thank you!

This hotel and staff exceeded my expectation. The location was perfect, the breakfast was great and the staff was outstanding. Shout out to Mike and Antonio for the exceptional service they provided. Not enough could be said about them.
