The owners of the apartments are very kind and welcoming, you feel like in a guest house. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the beach, restaurant, bars, shops and to the hill is really convenient and pleasant. The place is really quiet. I highly recommend it.

Hosts were absolutely lovely, greeting us there upon our arrival and leaving the flat stocked with water, coffee, a lovely loaf of bread and a gift basket. The flat was super clean and comfy and we loved our little goodbye gifts!

Having traveled to 10-12 countries across Europe, I can confidently say that the warmth and care we received here is unparalleled. From the moment we arrived, Markos and Petros went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and we are incredibly grateful for their kindness. The location is perfect, with Perissa Beach and the bus stop just a short walk away, adding to the convenience. We had a fantastic time as a family, and our 3-year-old daughter especially enjoyed the stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an amazing experience in Santorini. Our hosts were among the best we’ve ever had in a rented apartment. They were incredibly helpful with everything we needed, provided excellent recommendations for activities and dining, and always greeted us warmly. I highly recommend them for both short and long-term stays in Santorini. The apartment is conveniently located just a 20-minute drive from Fira.

If I can give more than 10, then I will. Everything was perfect. Starting with the hosts which are doing everything to feel like you are a very valuable friend: transfer free from the airport when you are coming, welcome gifts like butter, gem, bread , wine, beer, water, coffee; then some small traditional gifts when are you leaving…. I am a very old user of booking and airbnb and I was not treated like this until now. Markos and Petros you raise the bars and did everything more than right!🙏😍Then the apartment.. extra clean, everything you want inside included umbrella and beach towels. The cleaning is coming each on second day. I stayed in apartment no 5 with a huge balcony and very nice rooms. Perissa is known as being one of the best beaches in Santorini. The Adelphi is located 2 min from the beach ( you can see the sea from the balcony) , 2 min from a supermarket, 2 min from the bus station and 5 min from a great bakery. I am recommending Adelphi from all my heart❤️

If you go to Santorini in the south, you HAVE to stay in Adelphi apartments. The apartment was spacious and clean, with walking distance to the beach. The highlight were our hosts Markos and Petros who were amazing! We were with our baby and they really went out of their way to accommodate us and help make our stay enjoyable. I really have a feeling like we went to visit our family. Thank you for everything!

We were picked up from the ferry terminal and arrived at the house to bread, beer, water etc. And the most welcoming hosts you could ever have. When we left, they made sure to come and say goodbye and give us a little token of Santorini. The house itself was clean, modern and very comfortable. It is walking distance to a lovely beach and great restaurants (we were given a fantastic recommendation list by the hosts). Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome location, great amenities and friendly staff. We got some welcoming food and drinks after we arrived with the free transport from the airport. They also allowed us to stay half a day longer because our flight was at late night. Fantastic place to stay!

The hosts are the nicest people, their hospitality truly amazed us! They met us in front of the apartment and showed everything around. They prepared us free water, local bread, coffee, tea, cookies, jams etc... Once they just came up to us while we were eating and gave us the most delicious local baklava we ever had. When we left, they gave us local hand made soaps, just as a gift. The apartment is really clean and equipped with everything we needed. It is 2 minutes walk from the black beach, which is the best one in Santorini. I hope we can come back again in the future :)

Markos and Petros are absolute legends!!! A real trip highlight staying at Adelphi Apartments, the whole family loved it. The location and amenities are perfect = a quick walk to the beach, many restaurants and public transport. The fantastic hosts running the accommodation really do go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and their food recommendations are on point. Always available to assist whilst giving you complete freedom is a niche skill, our only issue was we had to leave! Thank you for your kindness, hospitality and your incredibly thoughtful gifts. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Petro and Marko's apartment in Santorini and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. First and foremost, Petro and Marko organized a transfer for us from the airport to the apartment, as our flight arrived late at night. This thoughtful gesture immediately put us at ease and saved us the stress of finding transportation late at night in an unfamiliar place. Upon arrival at the apartment, we were greeted with a delightful breakfast basket filled with delicious local treats. This was such a lovely touch and set the tone for the rest of our stay. It was evident that Petro and Marko had put a lot of thought and care into making our stay special. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It had all the amenities we needed and more. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the comfortable beds to the well-stocked kitchenette. It truly felt like a home away from home. Additionally, one of the standout features of Petro and Marko's apartment was the inclusion of a washing machine. This was an incredibly helpful amenity, especially for travelers like us who were in the midst of a longer journey. Being able to easily wash and dry our clothes within the apartment made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. It's little details like this that truly set Petro and Marko's apartment apart and made our experience all the more enjoyable. What truly set Petro and Marko apart as hosts was their genuine care and willingness to help in any way they could. They were always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and assist with any issues that arose. Their warm and friendly demeanor made us feel like we were staying with old friends rather than in a rented apartment. Throughout our stay, they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.

Our flight was scheduled at 23:00, so last day we were given an extra empty apartment after leaves ours to put our luggages, and at the evening take a shower after swimming. They also called for us an airport transfer on arrival & leave. The apartment was cleaned every 2 days.

I'm so glad we stayed here. Markos and Pedros are wonderful hosts. Friendly, helpful, and kind. Very thoughtful hosts provided bottles of water, treats, and a bottle of wine. The apartment is very clean, close to the bus stop, Black Beach, and many restaurants. Perfect location to explore hectic Fira and Oia. Highly recommend and hope to return again.
