It is very windy on the one side of the building However the area by the pool is protected and enjoyable to sit by ….we were there in September so it is windy that time of year

This was a newer building I liked the Santorini style of construction with cement work and cave like feel This had the nicest shower we experienced in Greece in over 2 weeks …..large enough you didn’t get water all over the floor of the bathroom Also had a kitchen table …… The property is not touristy like Fria and Oia…….. This also means to get to those towns you need to bus or drive This property is pretty near the ancient ruins ……..

We had a wonderful time at Acrothea Suites and Villas. The staff were very friendly and helpful at any time. They reached out to us before our arrival to let us know about the airport transfer service and about how we can find our apartment. A delicious breakfast was delivered to our door each morning and we could enjoy it while looking at the breathtaking view of the Caldera.

Sometimes, when you need something right now, it's hard to reach anyone. For example, during breakfast, we noticed one of the butter packs was already opened, and we tried to find the person who served us, but we couldn't. P.S. The breakfast is great, though!

Sevi was always there for us! The rooms were fantastic, the views are good, and the location perfect. The tours were great, too!

‘Balcony’ was a little small, really just a turn on the stairs. Comfy for breakfast for two, but not really for four.

Just about everything was lovely - welcome, breakfast, shower, view, location. Pool was quiet, but with sufficient beds and shadier areas.

Just bear in mind that a) there is a road that can get quite busy just outside the property and b) if you want to explore Thira (20min away) and Oia (40min away), you may want to rent a car.

Perfect place away from the crowds, but a walking distance from an atmospheric centre of the Acrotiri village and a small Caldera beach. Impeccably clean. Good breakfast with fresh local produce brought to your door. Friendly sraff

The daily breakfast delivered to your room was fantastic; the pool area was great; the location was fantastic…easy access by car to anywhere on the island, but away from the crowds in the bigger villages

A little bar would be nice, although it’s ok as you are allowed to bring your own drink etc so not a problem at all! The work going on underneath spoilt the peace at times but can’t be helped

I loved the location of the hotel very close to the town, the rooms were cleaned each day and a lovely breakfast at a requested time! Great to have towels around the pool too!! Staff were very friendly

I think we stay at booking.com properties about 30 X a year for the past 8 years. This was by far the best breakfast we have ever had. Everything is clean and kitchens are well fit out, spacious and the pool is great. Easyo to walk to restaurants too

Nothing. Just be aware that this is the quieter part of the island and is the farthest point from Oia so ideally you will need a car or be prepared to take a bus journey. On the plus side much fewer tourists and feels authentic.

Everything was good and I particularly liked the local products in their breakfast. Akrotiri village is a short walk and is charming. The hosts and staff were brilliant in looking after me.

Very friendly staff, very close to the centre of Akrotiri village, convenient private parking, roomy apartment, nice pool with sunbeds and towels, breakfast brought to appartment. And of course views to the village and caldera. It's quiet and not crowded like Thira. Highly recommended 😁 Joel

We had a one bedroom apartment with a view of the caldera. It was gorgeous. Katerina and her team were fabulous, making sure we had everything we needed and keeping it all clean and tidy. We especially liked the delicious breakfast tray delivered every morning with a smile.

it was easy access and everyone so kind, even allowed us to check in early since we arrived in the morning. when we walked into the room, our luggages are loaded already! their services are exceptional
