Bed is a mattress on the ground which is too low and uncomfortable and cannot qualify for a suite (design has a limit) We have asked and obtained a second mattress on top the previous one. But real beds could be much better Pool not heated which at end october is not adequate

It was chilly in our room as the hot weather was over, although the staff immediately produced a heater when it was mentioned. The design of the room is open plan with marble floors, so the water from the unwalled shower went everywhere, making the floor slippery in the main room. There is nowhere obvious to hang wet swimming things to dry. Overall the room was extremely stylish but not very convenient.

Charming staff, all very keen to be helpful. The hotel is designed to be cool and pleasant in hot weather. Comfortable bed.

This place was amazing. We booked the Cave suite and wow.. Sunrise was the best ever. The staff was fantastic. Definitely catered to our every need. Room service was quick and on point. The facility was top notch and Definitely recommend the meals offered. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of different tasty treats. We booked a couples Bonding session the Sophie was the best. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Awesome hotel ... Very nice swimming pool with a breathtaking view, rooms are very cleans, breakfast is quite small but good with "a la carte" menu in top of buffet. Staff always available, or directly on WhatsApp, late check-out possible with extra cost, nice private pool with daily check. Small villas are really nice, with very efficient cleaning staff.

High cost, but it was a once in a lifetime experience.

Room was in cave carved out of the cliff. Infinity pool on porch every room. Very private. Beautiful common pool area and sitting area with restaurant open all day. Wonderful spa. Great staff. Best hotel ever.

Only small bits, not much attention to details when they refurbished the rooms Netflix didn’t work, we could not switch it on. At some point the water in the pool was too warm, boiling like. These are very minor things anyway The gym was not equipped enough for my liking.

Property was very original, we stayed in the cave suite, sea water in the swimming pool. The restaurant was fabulous, the food was delicious with amazing views from the hotel/pool. The staff were very friendly and ready to help at any point.

Where to start with this one - If you & your partner like a secluded environment and absolutely unreal food this is your place to stay. Arrived on the 31st of August and stopped in the cave suite for a week, every morning at 6:55-7:15 the sunset would come up behind dia island which is a great way to start the day. Breakfast included an open buffet of nibbles cakes and hot food but we always opted for the menu - we opted for the açai bowl and yoghurt bowl as our favourites with the avocado on toast coming closely behind. You could even get a slice of baked berry cheesecake with your breakfast what else could you possibly want. The staff also very pleasant and make you feel welcome all the time. For dinner we tended to order room service and it never disappointed, great array of dinner time food. In the evening you have to make reservations in the restaurants but this is easy enough to do through the app they give you or just over a WhatsApp message, cremnos restaurant is a la carte and everything we tried was 10/10. There is also a Japanese restaurant on the premises which is our favourite, unbelievable food. There is a small beach 5 minutes walk away from the hotel which there are small beach bars and a restaurant but we never attended as we was too comfortable in our suite.

First thing to say is that the staff is really kind and helpful, thank you !! The duplex loft was absolutely perfect and the view is amazing. We had delicious food at the restaurant. It really worth it to go to the spa too, the acro ritual was so relaxing.

The property starts to look a bit dated, it was very close to being perfect but it is missing attention to detail.

The staff was really nice, it was great having an indoor pool in our room, the place was really quiet and the views were great.

The room and rhe veranda in the pool were not very clean. The pillows need to be change asap since these types create problems.to the neck when sleeping.

Acro Suites are stunning. Everything is considered, the property itself is so beautiful. Staff are wonderful. Great location, a tiny town just €10 can ride away with great local food + a beach if you want to explore.

super private, insane gym and brilliant yoga studio with daily wonderful yoga and cross training - delicious cretan food, lots of wellness food as well, brilliant spa (lydia you are incredible) and private pools have protection from the cretan winds! great what’s app convmcuerge service too for taxis and restaurant bookings!
