For the price we paid, we wished they had welcomed us with a glass of Prosecco and a cool Scented towel. Those small touches can make a big difference. The patio with the plunge pool was in terrible condition. It required a lot of maintenance. I understand that properties facing the ocean require way more attention and at this price point, it was expected that they would keep it up in a better way. Fixtures rusted, the steps to get into the plunge pool were a bit broken, the patio furniture (Especially the table) were pretty bad, patio lamps broken, etc. These are easy things to fix. While the breakfast was substantial, we wished there were more options available (I.e. pancakes or crepes, egg Benedict. We also recommend to get other plates covers so that the hot items don’t get cold as it is pretty windy in this area.

The caldera sunset view from the property is truly spectacular. Imerovigli is much more private and less congested compared to Oia or Firá. We booked the Rose Suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. We loved having breakfast in our suite every morning and our plunge pool with heated water. There are restaurants within walking distance which is great. Staff are friendly. They offer assistance carrying the luggage up and down.

They only give you two shower towels. I asked for more the first day and they did bring me one, but then only left two each day after.

We stayed in the Heaven Suite, the views from the balcony were incredible! We loved the jacuzzi and the bed was comfy! The guys that worked at the pool bar were so helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast that was delivered each morning and that they had so many gluten free options. The bathroom was well appointed. The sunsets from our balcony were simply stunning. Don't waste your time trying to get sunset restaurant reservations--just watch them straight form your balcony!

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and it was not enough. If we had known how beautiful it would be here, we would have liked to stay longer. We will definitely return to this hotel. It was very cool and romantic. Everything was at the highest level. From a hotel room to delicious breakfasts. And what a gorgeous view of the sea and sunsets. I recommend this hotel. Many thanks to the staff.

Somewhat of a slight sewer smell in the bathroom but we just kept door shut.

Would have liked some more effective shade by the poolside in the afternoon.

The staff were very hospitable. One of our family members broke her foot on the trip and the staff at this hotel carried her up and down the stairs! This was going way above and beyond! We will never forget how kind and helpful the staff was, not to mention how beautiful this hotel is! The views are breathtaking!

Was a bit disappointed with the breakfast, compared to the rest of holidays on our Greece trip, I thought it could be improved- bit basic, didn’t match the quality of the hotel. Also something wrong with the sewerage pipes in Charm suite, it smelt awful and we had to keep our door shut the whole time. Even after the room was cleaned it still really smelt. Shame for such a beautiful room.

The hotel is a bit run down and needs updating. Peeling paint, patio furniture is old and worn out. The furniture in the room is plastic patio furniture. I did not like the layout of the rooms. Breakfast is in the room but you need to reserve a time in advance. No restaurant although there are many next door. So many stairs but that is how it is in Santorini. Not for people with any walking problems.

The hotel is in the best location for unobstructed views of the caldera and sunset—more privacy than you would ordinarily get at a Santorini hotel. Imerovigli is the best place to stay. A lot of restaurants. Road by the hotel, walking path to Fira. Bus stop 5-minute walk. Across from a market with everything you could need if you forgot something. Pool and lounge chairs with beautiful views. The staff were so helpful and friendly. THE VIEW!!!!!!

Be aware of the public paths, but all of Santorini is like this. No restaurant facility, however so close to everything & so many great restaurant choices.

Just wanted to note that the hot tub inside the bathroom can make the air humid in the suite but the property provides a humidifier which helped a lot. The suite is also next to a wine bar, which you can hear people chatting and music in the evenings.

The most amazing suite (we stayed in Lagoon Suite) in Imerovigli, Santorini with unbeatable views of the sea and Thirasia island and Oia from the property. We had a private deck area with lounge chairs and a sun umbrella and a dining table. We loved sitting out and enjoying the view and sunbathing. There is a pool on the property as well and we had a private hot tub in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was delicious (you can choose from an assortment of menu items) and delivered to us in the morning to eat with the view. Alex at the front desk and George were so friendly and helpful! They also have a laundry service and can help with booking tours and massages. They helped us arrange semi private shuttles from the ferry port which made our trip so smooth. This was the best part of our Europe trip and honeymoon, I would highly recommend Above Blue!

This villa spoilt us!! :D fantastic location, peaceful, huge villa for a family of 4, great staff and good breakfast. You cannot have a better view to sunset in santorini than this, no need to queue up at Oia (we actually rushed back from Oia to njoy better sunset from our private space). We want to be back asap!

Whilst the soa bath inside was nice - it did make the bathroom area very hot and humid - but this was an extra for us and not why we booked the room.

The views and Lagoon suite nice and sunny for breakfast/throughout the day. Perfectly placed for sunset viewing. Spacious room.
