Breakfast area was in the open and it was very windy during our stay. Would have been better indoors.

Pool being very cold! 😭

This hotel is located quite cluser to airport and Fira city centre. It took about 15-20min to reach hotel by taxi and Tiajiana arranged it prior to our arrival. Aitport transfer was very smooth. Room was very spacious and bed was so comfy. Breakfast was good and the staff delivered it to room as we slept well past our breakfast time 😂. It had a good variety. We got alot of reccomendations from Tiajiana about local restaurants and cafes. You can easily reach city center as it is roughly 15min walking distance away from Abasa suite. You get free water from kitchen and we managed to use microwave until 9pm everyday. That was very helpful. I saw some even using the kitchen to prepare meals. Staff in Abasa are so helpful and that makes a huge difference to your stay. Room was clean and AC made the temp just right for a comfy sleep. Unfortunately we couldn't go for a swim as pool was quite cold. There is plenty of space outside of the rooms for kids to play. My son made new friends and managed to play with them outside for quite a long time. It was really nice to see kids playing all sorts of games rather than being glued to screens. Tiajiana arranged a sunset tour for us with Yiannis and this was the best decision I made during our holiday. He was an Amazing tour guide. We saw almost the whole island and it was very nice and relaxing right through out. Please don't miss sunset in Oia as that experience is simply magical! Oia is like a village one finds on a fairytale!

nothing to complain about.. one of the days the hot water was not available its probably due to rain and clouds on that day..apparently, the hot water comes from a tank connected to solar power.

the location, very near to the town centre nice room sizes to accommodate a family of 4 people sea view had all the cooking facilities in the suit local food delivery was quick

The accommodation is an almost 20-min walk from the town center, which is manageable, but may be a bit difficult to do during the summer.

Tijana and the whole staff were incredible, they were very helpful and accommodating, and we felt like home! The room was spacious and bright, and the pool area was a great place to chill out. The breakfast was really good as well, so all in all, a very pleasant experience!

Everything was great!

We had the family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and it was so spacious! The rooms were so well designed and so clean. The property as a whole was just lovely and the parking was fabulous —-especially in Santorini where you want to be sure there is a place to park. Some reviews say it was too far from Fira but we didn’t think so for our situation. It was a very central situation so you can explore all areas of the island. It is below the town of Fira but only a few minutes up driving or maybe 15 minutes walking. The staff is very friendly and Tijana will meet you with so much friendliness and enthusiasm when you arrive. She has lots of suggestions about where to go, where to eat and is just so helpful. Our room was upstairs with a long veranda and view towards the sea—-loved it and had coffee on the veranda each morning. The breakfast is served on the main level outside and was wonderful too!

Tijana and Irini are dream hosts! Property close to everything! Very convenient breakfast, still dreaming with the yoghurt and the cake. Beautiful property, and plenty of hot water! The maintenance guy even ran to the nearest convenience store in a late night to get ice for my daughter who just hurt her knee! Feels like home!

Location is not good if you don’t have your own vehicle. It’s a 20 minute hiking walk every time you start your day from this property to reach center or anywhere else.

A car is a must not only to get to town but also to the nearest mini market.

The suite was large, clean and beautifully decorated. Irini is a lovely host who accommodated every request with a big smile. Breakfast was nice and satisfying.

we had a car, so no issue, but far from town if walking.

the custom make to order breakfast was terrific. the hotel is brand new, and everything was perfect. plenty of outlets for electronics, lighting, spacious room, nice patio. we booked a castamaran tour - and the bus picked us up and dropped us off right at end of driveway - perfect.

Cant say enough about the lovely lady who took care of us she was great and so helpful. We had a yummy breakfast each morning. The place was so nice and clean and cosy we loved it. The location was great, about a 15min walk to the shops which meant it was nice and quiet at night, there was a nice pool and deck chairs. We would stay again if we return to Santorini. Thank you so much for a relaxing stay.

Living area was a little small for the two bed/two bath, otherwise no complaints.

The property is located on a flatter and lower part of Fira, which was important for us given one of our group has a disability. The rooms were very comfortable, but the living area for two bed / two bath is a little small. However, this maybe normal for Santorini given the island is slightly more expensive than Athens.

If you don't have a rental car, the hotel is about 20mins walking to the city centre, uphill. We had a rental car and found it to be perfect, always parking, nicer rooms and quiet location with sea sight.

Extremely nice rooms. Very bright and very clean. Staff were amazing. So helpful and even arranged a car for us to hire. Very nice pool and decor. The rooms were just perfect with plenty of space and aircon and very nice and clean bathrooms.

The walk to town is difficult - no paths, all up hill. There are no amenities close by (shops etc). Taxis can be booked easily however and at a reasonable cost.

finished to the highest standard in Cyclades style - Abasa is a truly beautiful property. The staff are so kind and welcoming and cannot do enough for you.
