Excellent location, modern clean stylish spacious apartment

OK, it was a Friday night, but the bar which is in the street below the apartment had a live group performance which started at approximately 8.45pm and finished at midnight. It was VERY loud, so it may be worth just forewarning guests that this could be a possibility. At least some information on frequency of live music and cut-off time for singing would mean it's easier to tolerate, rather than lay in bed wondering if it is due to go on through the night.

The apartment is immaculate and in a location which means that all main tourist areas of interest are in walking distance, plus transport links to and from the airport. It's also apparent that the owners maintain the apartment to a high standard which by default encourages the same respect from users.

The exit light was in front of the bed and it was uncomfortable to sleep. We also stayed one of the two nights in a flat overlooking the street and it was noisy.

The apartments are very centrally located and very well equipped. It is an advantage that we can do self check in. There is no reception but they respond very quickly on WhatsApp.

The fire exit signs light above the door was on, so room wasn't as dark as we'd like it. Small detail, which for most would be fine

The apartment is great. Everything was clean and nice. The bed is super comfortable and although it was noisy outside it was quiet when the doors were closed. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The location is very good close to the train and main shopping street.

The only thing that bothered us was the emergency exit light above the door. It emits a really, really bright green glow and it is facing the bed so not great for trying to sleep! If that could be fixed the apartment would be perfection!

The apartment is so beautiful! The entrance is a bit scary looking but once you step out of the lift everything is bright and modern. The bed was soft and comfortable, the towels were soft and comfortable and there was a bottle of water and a bottle of wine left for us by our host which was a wonderful surprise. The bathroom is a dream and I really appreciated the supply of a cot bed for our 1yr old daughter too. Location couldn't be better too! Right in the exciting heart of Athens an 8 mins walk from the metro station.

It doesn’t have view, the view is to an interior old building, the entrance could be a little confused but we call him and he helps us immediately, bed could be a little soft but for us was perfect

Property does not offer short term storage for baggage or late departure possibility as door locks automatically become disabled. There is a paid service downstairs for your luggage, but it is not open at all times.

Overall fantastic value for the money. Management has taken all steps to create a fantastic facility, centrally located, close to all shops and sight scenes of Athens. All communication with property managers is done on time via email.

Would be better if the curtains were blackout

We had a lovely stay and everything was great. We were in 601 and it was very quiet despite the central location. Good contemporary furnishings and modern design. Facilities and cooking equipment all new. Owner was responsive on booking.com and we had all the information we needed to check into the apartment. The place is exactly like the photos

The only minuses were the strong light of the exit sign above the door - maybe it can be dimmed somehow, and also the room perfume from the bathroom which was a bit too strong in intensity for us.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is close to Monastiraki and Syntagma metros. You have everything at maximum 5 minutes of easy walking - pharmacy, shop, restaurants, etc. There is a great breakfast spot at the entrance of the building, also a luggage storage place inside the building at the ground floor. Regarding the apartment, the cleaning was exceptional, the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was also equipped. The beds were super super comfy - for those who like soft mattresses. The pillows were nice ones - soft and medium types. The air conditioning was efficient and smelling nice. The window could be opened for fresh air. The view of the room is towards buildings - not towards Acropolis. I will definitively return.

On one day of our stay, the elevator wasn’t working. Our apartment was on the 6th floor, so it was a reminder of our leg days skipped at the gym. However, the host was working on it and it is not entirely his fault as the building is shared. A kind suggestion for the host is to provide adaptors from 3 to 2-prong plugs.

A modern well furnished with a touch of luxury apartment in the heart of Athens. Location was so central that we used our flat as an occasional washroom on our city walks. The place was very clean and well organized.

Everything was super great.

Perfect location for exploring city. In the middle of all happenings, but still you have piece and quite when you are back to have a rest. Beds super comfortable. Our host welcomed us with water, coffe and wine. It means a lot when you are in finally after flight or travel. I would highly recommend this apartment. For sure, I will be back when I visit Athens again.
