Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Everything in this apartment is thoughtfully designed to make your stay in Heraklion as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Among its strong points: 1. The staff is always available, attentive, and friendly, ready to help with any needs. 2. The spacious apartment, tastefully decorated with attention to detail. 3. The tranquil location, just a pleasant walk away from the center. 4. A well-equipped fitness studio. 5. A terrace where you can enjoy a coffee with an excellent sea view. This establishment truly deserves a 10/10.

AustraliaAlthough there is a build I ng sites across the road they don't start till about 9 ish and were finished by mid afternoon, it did not effect us at all.
Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Room was spacious and provided enough room and facilities for a longer stay. Pool area was clean with chairs, towels, shade and a drink all provided. Staff extremely helpful with recommendations and transport. Roof top was a lovely space to take your drink up there and see the whole area and the sunset.

CanadaFrom the warm welcome we received at reception to the amazing penthouse suite our stay was wonderful. We were 4 people travelling together and we loved the layout of the suite as it gave us plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and we were pleasantly surprised that coffee and sugar was supplied. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Bathrooms were gorgeous with very nice shampoos/lotions supplied. Lovely balconies with peekaboo water views but the rooftop deck was panoramic! Pool area was nestled in behind building and was such a great way to end our days.

The apartment is as described, even better than the photos. Check-in with Alexandra was quick and easy. The little details such as coffee, bottle of water and a wine were greatly appreciated. The neighborhood is about a 10- to 15- minute walk into downtown. Coffee shops, markets and restaurants are within a few blocks. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it was clean and inviting. This property --and the staff who run it-- are fantastic. Highly recommend!

Good location, 15 mins walk from center of town so it's quiet and accessible to the highway for road trips around Crete. Super comfy roomy apartments with TV that can handle casting from phone/ipad for movies at night, which I really appreciated. Very clean and modern, helpful staff, room to park hire car. Used the gym every day which was helpful. Full size fridge, and washing machine, major bonuses.

SwitzerlandThe 3-bedroom apartment is divided into 2 floors and connected; 3 bathrooms with showers in all of them. Very well equipped and newly furnished. Amenities are well provided - coffee capsules, tea bags, bottled waters, bathrobes, slippers etc. Location is good - in quiet surroundings, only 15-20min walk to the city centre. Free parking nearby. Service is the best - a list of attractions, recommendations of restaurants is provided which is extremely helpful!

Maria on the reception was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. They have also a fitness room on the basement , which was equally clean and had everything for a simple workout.
