The staff were incredibly helpful with local recommendations. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and the complimentary breakfast was a great perk. The sunset view from the pool was absolutely breathtaking. We felt pampered and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The location was just outside the famous views of Oia. Close enough to walk, but far enough away to be relaxed and serene. It had a beautiful view of the city. The service was absolutely world class

The private pool seems a bit dirty over time. I suspect there was no no circulatory system in the pool which was not so hygienic.

Staff very nice and supportive. Room clean and beautiful. Nice pool and beautiful sunset viewing. Have a lovely restaurant right across the street that serve delicious western dishes. Love the location and everything.

The hill that you need to walk every time to get to the room.

We loved the view. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. They were very attentive, the room had bread, fruits, water, coffee and also a bottle of wine (all included)!

The villa and it’s hosts couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. We traveled with our 2 kids (7 and 5) and they were treated incredibly well by everyone, including giving them toys for the pool. Room was perfect in every way, as was the amazing view of the sunset from our terrace. Couldn’t possibly recommend it enough.

There was cleaning service every day who were efficient and friendly. There was fresh juice and other breakfast items provided every day. The hosts provided everything that we needed and asked for. They were exceptional!

The kitchenette was well-stocked with various breakfast items and beverages each morning, and the two bottles of wine were excellent local wines. We were given an upgraded villa upon arrival with unbelievable sunset views from the swimming pool and hot tub. The housekeeping staff had our villa spotless each day, and the front desk staff, Naya and Dani, were extremely helpful with car pickups, dinner reservations, and island recommendations. They went above and beyond!

Beautiful location that is quiet but only 20 minutes away from the highly desirable village of Oia. The views from this property overlook Oia and have better sunset views than the crowded narrow streets of Oia.

The Villa was amazing just outside of Oia. do it was quiet and had some lovely restaurants near by. both Nayia and Kate were sensational! they recommended and booked restaurants, car hire, boat trips and bought a cake champagne and balloons for my daughters birthday! amazing❤️ can’t recommend them highly enough.

The service was amazing and the Villa was beautiful, clean and cozy. Location was also very good and convenient. Anything we need they provide it in a second. If you love to stay in a nice clean villa with an outstanding reception service and within 15 minutes walk of Oia, then we warmly recommend Oia 270. In particular, the Oia 270 team made excellent recommendations and various arrangements for us (boat, restaurant, car rent, ... reservation) which clearly made the difference !

The property is amazing, elegant, quiet and beautiful. Also the sunset view from the swimming pool is wonderful. The staff in-charge (Nayia) is super and one of the best ever you will meet in your life. She is really helpful and made our stay even nicer. It is worth to mention that she even helped us with things out of the hotel scope and her normal business hours when I faced an issue with the flights delay due to weather change.

The ironing board is small size from ikea and makes ironing difficult. Pool is unheated and with strong winds during my stay, it makes swimming very cold and has to be done later in the day. Maybe the property can consider to upgrade to heated pool in future.

Good location with good restaurants just opposite of the property. Booked a 4 bedroom Villa with private pool and the sunset view is amazing! Kitchen is well equipped and stocked with foods.

The two Concierges were superlative at assisting us for all our needs. Nice quiet place with plenty of room for big family with pool.
