You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was no door to the bathroom. Internal door for the toilet, and shower cubicle. If wardbrobe doors were open, you can see straight through into the bathroom. The sunbeds on the rooftop were very basic and uncomfortable. Not what you would expect at a 5 star facility. The swimming pool was also very small. Entertainment was very sparse, and only at weekends. Tried to go to the bar one night during the week, and it was closed, and early June. Maybe need to cater more for the holidaymakers that are there during the week.
The bed was very large and comfortable. Very good shower. Large room, with good view. Excellent Breakfast, great selection of food, and very fresh. Best scrambled eggs ever!

SpainDrinks at the bar were watery. In the morning, Housekeeping entered our room without knocking, and we weren't dressed. Once they came in and saw us there naked, she said, "Oh, housekeeping." It was over an hour before checkout. I complained at the front desk, and all they said was, "Oh, sorry."
Location was excellent. The facilities were excellent . Love the view and exclusivity

United KingdomThe only down side to the stay, was that the windows all over the hotel on the outside were very dirty and desperately needed cleaning. Being in a strange room. at night a light was needed to see your to the bathroom. The only light available was the light from the toilet which was very bright and without a door on the bathroom was disturbing.
The location of the hotel/ship was ideal. In the centre of the marina with plenty of restaurants and bars, and only a short walk into the main square bus station and High Street.
