Vardrobe space, for several days it is enough, but for 1-2 weeks and more better to have more space there.

I arrived and the person at the front desk was on the phone having a personal conversation. I stood right in front of her and she never even looked up to acknowledge my presence. She carried on with her conversation for a long time. When she finally hung up the phone, she looked up and I said "I'd like to check in". She acted surprised that I wanted to check in as if I'd have any other reason to just stand there and listen to her long conversation. I would still rate this hotel high. This was just one person with poor customer service skills. Also, the hotel was not a walking distance to anything, but it's a short yandex ride to the city. Other staff was nice and accommodating, they kept my luggage for several hours the last day when I checked out, as my flight was not until later in the evening.

I liked the hotel, the room was nice and clean and very comfortable, with the beautiful view of the city. My room even had a little balcony, I did not use it, but it's a nice feature. The breakfast was good with enough options. The breakfast is served on the top floor with even more beautiful views of the city.

The bed and towels were changed once within a week, floor was not cleaned. Wals and flor need some redecoration. Poor quality breakfast, instant coffee, not big choice of food, eventually we went for breakfast outside.

Astonishing view from the window, comfortable bed, good size of room, normal bathroom. Worm radiators make the place very comfy.

The walls were probably quite thin and we could hear our neighbours talking at night. Also from the corridor side almost everything was heard. On quiet nights it was alright though

Since we could not stay for breakfast due to schedule we craved for a cup of coffee/tea which were not availabble in the room or the lobby.... or anywhere nearby... kettle and cups were there though.

Although we stayed only for one night as a transit for our next destination we enjoyed the scenic view from the terrace, combined with central location and the quiet homey surroundings. The room was very nice cosey and clean.
