Beautiful kept location, amazing garden, great with kids etc. Great pool, food in the restaurant is pretty good too. I guess the only nit would be a lack of like waiter service at the pool - that wouldve been cherry on the cake.

A college graduation party was being held the night of our stay. very noisy including fireworks after 10pm but quieter during the night (in our room).

We had a junior suite that was more spacious than the photos and larger than quoted. Fantastic views. very nice furnishings in hotel and a comfortable very large garden area extending all around the hotel. Good breakfast

The room snelled like dogs even though the property does not accept dogs. And the room shakes a bit when you walk. It was quite expensive but then again it would not be cheap to build a resort in this stunning location.

The property is in a fantastic location, the gardens and amenities are lovely and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

Spa wasn't quite ready, the jacuzzi and dry sauna take 2 hours to warm up fully, so check and let the staff know before you start your time in the spa. It is charged per person per hour.

Lovely estate with a beautiful, vast garden, all very well maintained. From most places outside you have a great view parts of Vardzia. My room was roomy, very quiet and spotlessly clean. Decent breakfast with lots of options and a restaurant with friendly staff. After exploring Vardzia you can cooldown in the pool with a great view

The music during breakfast was a bit too loud... but we are not morning people, and therefore maybe a little too sensitive ourselves!

The highlight for us was the garden, absolutely beautiful design, and kept a little wild so you feel like you are just walking in the nature. There's a lot to explore just on the site of the hotel itself, before even visiting Vardzia! We also really loved the purple sweet pea flowers and how they have very tastefully been grown as roof coverings - the colour really goes with the incredible view of the surroundings too!

I have only a couple of minor criticisms, simply because this is a high-end hotel so the bar is higher than a budget or mid-range place. Please note that overall I rated this place 9/10 and have left lots of positive comments. The hotel page advertises a swimming pool, but it was not open as it was too early in the season; it was late April and 25 degrees, and very sunny. If certain facilities are not available (and this is planned) then they should not be advertised as part of the "room facilities" when someone is selecting a hotel and committing to payment. The 24 hour reception was also not there; shortly after checking in at 730pm I had some questions. I walked downstairs and there was no-one there. I rang the bell and still no-one came, though I could hear loud music playing in the staff room behind the desk. I went back to my room and phoned reception and there was no answer, until eventually I was asked to leave a message. When I checked out I asked to leave some luggage whilst I went to visit the caves; they were very kind and agreed, however my luggage was left next to the desk, in full view, and the desk was often not staffed (e.g. when I returned, there was nobody there, just a sign with the phone number to call for reception). I think a high-end hotel should have a luggage storage room.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is fantastic. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the view of the caves from the balcony was wonderful. I walked to the caves (30 minutes from the hotel to the ticket booth) along the road as it was very quiet, but the hotel offered a free transfer service too. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good range of choice. The restaurant for dinner was lovely and the staff were very attentive.

Payment process might need improvement. When we left, there was noboby at the reception and they did not charge us at check-in. So, it was kind of painful to make an international transfer, since they cannot charge our credit card when we are not in site. Pay at check-in, the process will be easier.

Great location. Our room had a stunning view of Vardzia caves that we pretty much appreciated. The hotel has several amenities. We had a great stay.

The hotel restaurant offered food at a very high price (understandable, it's a resort), but the portion and food quality was bad. I didn't like it.

A very well equipped resort near to Vardzia cave. Staffs are friendly and speaks English. The room is clean and comfortable. There's a small garden behind the resort for a small walk.

Great staff that is ready to help you with any questions at any time, views from the rooms are awesome, breakfast is perfect - you can choose from dozens of different meals. Also we got a free upgrade of the booked accomodation to a better one. Hotel area is perfect - you can find cascade of ponds, childrens playground, small waterfall.
