Unfortunately the sauna was not hot, even after the staff said it’s ready for use. Also the russian music was playing in gym and sauna, what I didn’t like.

- Live Music on terrace unbelievably loud for a small area. Felt like it was in our suite in the 3rd floor. - Room cleaning is not the best.

- Food. Great breakfast and dinners. - Swimming pool and outdoor area great for the family. - Staff generally all friendly. - Family suite a good size and great views. - Location is fantastic.

They were changing the airconditioning system in rooms and the hall on the 3rd floor, which was a bit noisy and making everything around dirty. They have a nice pool area which they clean nicely but could be better if they make a fence so street dogs don't wonder around you or kids when you are at the pool.

in my room, the carpenter was a little bit old with some stains it looks not very good but if you check other things you understood that the cleaning service is very good. btw I know about this carpenter issue from booking.com reviews and I was ready for that

i think the best hotel in Tskaltubo. Breakfast is good Swimming pool very good and clean Rooms are also Good and fully equipped Stuff is very friendly and professional there was an accident, the child fell down and broke his head. stuff's first aid actions were very good. when the emergency came they were surprised.

Carpeting a bit dirty in the room Showerhead is spraying very hard and only had one setting Temperature of hot dishes could be better at breakfast

Welcoming reception staff speaking good English. Room is very spacious with separate living / sleeping areas. Beds are firm and comfortable. Bathroom very spacious and good waterpressure and temperature. Breakfast has ample of options, both hot and cold. Very quiet in the off season. If you like old Soviet relics, this town is the place to be.

The bed was not comfortable, at night many dogs are parking all night also there are many cars drifting on the main street

While the rooms are a bit dated, the friendly staff, location, and delicious breakfast make up for this. The pool area is beautiful. The hotel is currently updating rooms and they will be great! The cinnamon rolls at breakfast were yummy!
