Breakfast was exceptionally good - great choice every day and very kind and efficient lady in charge of breakfast. Reception staff were also very nice, and organised my transfer from the airport perfectly. Other staff seen in passing also very friendly. Room was very comfortable and terrace view was wonderful.

It didn’t bother us but you probably wouldn’t want to spend much time in the lobby. We had rain while we were there so it would have come handy to borrow sturdy umbrellas from the reception. Minor things really, as we would happily stay there again.

We loved the location and explored the old part of the city by foot. Lovely restaurants and cool bars nearby to discover. Also right next to the sulphur baths which we did try out. We liked the art deco elements of windows and cupboards and to have a modern bath. Nice breakfast and lovely breakfast ladies in the morning.

mattresses too soft

such a nice area, the hotel is clean and nice, we had the standard rooms so very small, but it's ok, we only stayed for 1 night , but very nice shower, clean, beds were a bit soft for my taste but i have back problems so prefer firm mattresses , but would definitely stay here again, the area is super cute and we just walked everywhere,

The bacony in the room is not really the bacony, it's just the door/window.. maybe because of the limit space of the room.

The hotel situated in the good area, it's easy to go to anywhere by walking and many restaurants around there.

The only complain is noisy neighbors in the room next to ours who were playing loud music and signing at 2-3am. We did ask the hotel staff to talk to them and after that the next room guys got quieter but still signing..

The location is fantastic, in the heart of the city, next to all the bathes, beautiful scenery, the hotel itself is full of character. Very pleasant staff, tasty breakfast, comfy bed, nice room, interesting decor.

Breakfast options are very limited

It's right in the heart of old town and has cozy, clean rooms. Right next to the thermal spas. 24/7 check-in and check-out. The view from the terrace rooms is phenomenal!

Absolutely nothing

The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in my 2 months none stop travelling! The staff members are all So helpful and warm and welcoming. Room was amazing for the price I’ve paid and will be the only place I stay when visiting Tbilisi next. Location was perfect and the receptionists Mariam was so lovely and I enjoyed our chats and all te recommendations that she suggested! Overall this stay and the hotel itself and and location was definitely a 10/10!

The hotel is located next to a loud restaurant. Our first night was disturbed by a party-maker next door, thankfully the hotel staff reacted promptly.

The breakfast lady was very kind and would always take good care of us.

Everything was great

The rooms are CLEAN, comfortable, pretty. The location is perfect as, walking distance everywhere, sulphur baths right next to the hotel. The breakfast is tasty with fresh ingredients, it’s been a while since I didn’t feel the real taste of the eggs and veggies. Big smart TV. On our way back to Tbilisi we spent another night to this hotel before returning home.

Stayed there for 1 night, we've got room upgrade to the wonderful room with bathtub and old Tbilisi view. Everything was exceptional. The receptionist helped us a lot with everything (to order food and to call ambulance for my husband). We would definitely stay there again.
