This hotel is amazing! Our room was so beautiful, the location was great you can walk everywhere. The best part was the food tastes so good! We had our best dinner at the Blue fox. The staff are so friendly and helpful and truly made our stay even better. For sure coming back! Also for people that care there is a bidet in the toilet

We loved the entire experience from the moment we arrived. The staff were extremely helpful and we spent alot of time in the Blue Fox restaurant & courtyard as it had a very relaxed feeling and the food was great. The location of the hotel couldn't be better as you were right in the heart of everything but it still felt private. The breakfast was also memorable. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was incredible. From the very friendly and welcoming people, to the location, the decor, the rooms, and the breakfast, everything was just wonderful. We usually move around a lot when we travel, but we decided to use Tbilisi as a base and stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and we were so glad we did. It was so nice to come back to the hotel each night after our GoTrip day trips and relax on our balcony with a bottle of Georgian Wine while listening to some live music from the restaurant below. Make sure you choose the hotel booking option that includes breakfast because breakfast at Blue Fox is the best! We left the name of our GoTrip driver, Otari, with the front desk. Make sure you request him. He was amazing and made all of our day trips extra special. I hope all of my friends visit Georgia (country) and I hope everyone chooses to stay at House Hotel. We love Georgia and hope to see you all again! Thank you for an amazing experience.

Everything was perfect

This is THE place to stay in Tbilisi. I don’t even know where start. First, it has really Tbilisi vibe. Rooms are cozy, decorated with style, have a beautiful terrace. The staff is very welcoming. A blue fox restaurant is just amazing! With a live music on the weekend you can just sit outside and enjoy.

The staff at the hotel are so welcoming. Before we departed our home country, we received a WhatsApp message extending their support. They then helped us book restaurants and the local hot baths. The location of the hotel is great - right in the old city and within walking distance of the river. We had one large double room with a balcony and a smaller double room and both were comfortable. There is no noise from the street, so we all slept soundly. The restaurant is really great and the breakfast was phenomenal.

The hotel is located in the center of the old town directly at the Rezo Gabriadze Marionette Theater and 5 minutes from the Peace Bridge and Rike Park. The staff is young, incredibly nice, speaks perfect English and is perfectly organized. You can feel that the working atmosphere is right. All in all a fantastic atmosphere. The hotel itself is great. A lovingly renovated old building with large rooms, bathrooms and balconies. Our view from the balcony stretched over the restaurant courtyard and the adjacent streets to the old presidential palace. The rooms are wonderfully wallpapered, each with its own mural. The beds are luxurious, the bathrooms are huge, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Rooms and balconies have comfortable seating. The restaurant, where breakfast is served, is outstanding (-> Blue Fox). We felt incredibly comfortable and welcome. Many thanks to management and all staff!! We definitely want to come back!

This was a real boutique hotel experience, with friendly check-in and great service. The rooms are nicely-sized, well-decorated, and very comfortable. My kids were delighted about the smart TV and fast wifi. The restaurant served delicious food. The hotel is located in Old Tbilisi, which is charmingly crumbly. We found the area very interesting for wandering. Without a pre-planned agenda, we explored the historic fort (free to visit!) and baths, the Christmas Market, the riverfront, and the Galleria mall (where you can get American fast food if you just need something easy.) If you like street art, there's plenty to see.

The house hotel gives a unique experience to the Georgian capital visitors .. As a visitor I felt that I stayed among locals due to location in the old Tbilisi, and the Georgian building external design.. Staff and facilities are just perfect..

Where to start! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel staff checked in on us before we arrived and asked if we needed any assistance with anything and shared a list of things to do in Tbilisi. The staff were amazing, especially Dito, Nino and Nini. They are so hospitable, friendly, helpful and an overall pleasure to deal with. The room was perfect! We had a beautiful balcony overlooking the picturesque courtyard, the bed was beyond comfortable and the underfloor heating in the bathroom for winter was wonderful. The location of the hotel could not have been better, it was in walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to see, anything from a 5 min walk to maximum a 20 min walk. The Blue fox restaurant also makes delicious food for dinner, definitely try the beef cheeks and a glass of saperavi! Can't wait to come back!

The bathroom is awesome. Just maybe the design could improve a bit by adding something like shower curtain to keep the water from coming out of shower box. This is a minor issue for improvement. But still the shower is great.

The property is a great location, easily accessible by taxi and even by bus 337 directly outside airport. The room is great with good decoration and modern facilities plus comfortable bed. Staffs are very professional, friendly and always smile. Thanks the receptionist, Tiko, for being always so helpful. The hotel is right next to the clock tower and I can easily go to the other key attractions easily by foot. Overall, it is a great stay and I am very pleased with everything provided.
