Shower stalls can be a little small. Housekeeping dod not keep fresh towels in toom. But these were minor discomforts

Beautiful new hotel in an amazing location, good sized room with a great balcony. Very comfortable bed. Very comprehensive breakfast menu cooked to order included, nice courtyard dining area with excellent staff. Reception was extremely thoughtful and helpful. Close to lots of restaurants and wine bars in the best area of Old Tbilisi

The shower without a door. The water covers the floor during the shower. But it so minor issue in accordance with all other exelent points!

Best hotel I have ever stayed Can’t express all my good emotions about this hotel. First - it’s brand new Comfortable beds/beautiful room with unique design. Enough towels/blankets and other shower items. Water in the glass bottles Tea/coffee (not instant) Breakfast-best breakfast. For the Guests they offer good option for breakfast, you do not have to come at exact time (it’s not buffet breakfast) They offer the breakfast during whole day (what is comfortable when you come at night and want to sleep longer) For breakfast - menu (you choose what you want) While waiting your breakfast the croissant with jam/honey/butter is served for you. And beautiful and very helpful staff, love them ALL! Girls are the BRILLIANT!

Unbeatable location with spacious and comfortable rooms and big balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Fantastic staff who were always friendly and attentive and thoughtfully packed breakfast for us when we had a very early morning flight.

I cannot think of anything I didn’t like.

Excellent location in the heart of old Tbilisi. The receptionists were very helpful, courteous and friendly. The room was spotless, with a comfortable mattress and high quality bedding. Beautiful balcony and view overlooking a picturesque walled courtyard where breakfast is served. Excellent and varied breakfast served at table, including home made granola and eggs Benedict. Great coffee.

They could do better with soundproofing as you could hear everything and if you are a light sleeper this might be a problem. But overall the stay was great and it was not an issue for me.

Very charming and new hotel in old Tbilisi. What makes it special is the attentiveness of the staff, especially Veriko. Very friendly, welcoming, and assisted me with all questions I had. They also assisted with scheduling my PCR test. The room is clean and spacious. Ambiance in the restaurant especially in the courtyard is very nice.

Everything was perfect

The staff is so kind and available (by whatsapp or phone). They helped us a lot (for booking restaurants and more). Every problem we had, they immediately solved it. We really liked the room, new, big and clean. The breakfast is excellent!! (At the hotel's restaurant). The location is great.
