There is no shower head in the bathroom. This problem does not allow you to take a bath the way you want. The only static shower head is on top, above your head shower cabin without a door, after taking a shower, the water throughout the bathroom The bathroom size is too small

To be honest, there was nothing negative about our stay. All staff were extremely helpful, especially Tiko in the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel, and when visiting the city in the future, I will certainly re-book this hotel.

Hotel was amazing! Staff extremly nice and helpful. Room was cleaned and spacious enough. We had an amazing view. Breakfast okay, but could be more differential. SPA was pretty good. Recommended! :)

All went well, maybe the only exception is that they don't have a laundry service, but that's alright.

The concierge at the reception Giorgi was an outstanding professional and very welcoming and friendly. The location is on a perfect and calm street very close to the centre in the characteristic Avlabari district, very close to the airport. Also the staff was very nice to exceptionally anticipate breakfast.

Transfer: I ordered a transfer from the hotel, the driver arrived at the airport, but he didn’t wait for us, when I called him to clarify where he was, he started talking about the rules, that he waited only 50 minutes, and we were delayed only because we had been waiting for our luggage for a long time.

Staff: Many thanks to Mikhail, who works at the bar, helped us call a taxi and escorted us to the exchange office. Breakfast: Good continental breakfast, be sure to try the quince jam. Room: We checked in at night and at noon the same day the room was cleaned again.

The facilities for the SPA was very limited. There was only Sauna, a Shower and a Pool. The place (SPA area) was quite small for many people. There was also Jakuzi but for some reasons it wasn't working. It was such a struggle to put the shower in the SPA working.

The room was quite big and the staff was friendly. Clean room with clean sheets and towels, as well as bathrobes. Breakfast was standard, and almost the same everyday but acceptable. We got a room upgrade from booking from Standard Room to Room with City View. The view from the balcony was nice, to the city.

The temperature of the pool was a bit low so not ideal for swimming and the jacuzzi was not working. Staff at the reception was difficult to find both in checkin and checkout.

The room is very comfy and big with a good view from the balcony. The sauna was good too and the breakfast was superb.

Only small, not effecting our stay. (Jacuzzi is not working its best and dinner/coctails not easily available at all day but staff were helpful with this matter too! :) )

The receptionist were really helpful and kind all time! They even helped us to get taxi and to have lunch boxes when we needed to leave earlier then official breakfast time. Really clean rooms and hotel, spacious spaces. Enjoyable sauna and swimming pool. Location is also good, metro and buses nearby. Absolutely recommended in price/value!

Well, it is a smaller hotel than we thought earlier but nothing I can say about what I don't like about the premise.

Reception was quick and easy. Our Junior Suite was perfect as the family room with one queen size bed and two single-beds. We had a balcony with a swing seater (we loved this facility very much). There are electrical plugs on both sides of the queen bed and on the work desk area. The breakfasts were simple but just right to start our days in Tbilisi. We loved the view overlooking the city from the breakfast lounge.
