Everything was great. The location was near Rustaveli Street, so you can easily get everywhere. The host is one of the best hosts I have ever had. The house was clean, big and in a beautiful town. Thank you for making our vacation more better.

We were greeted by the landlady's sister, who lived in the same building and gave us all the instructions. We met our landlady the next day, and a pleasant surprise was her knowledge of the Croatian language, as she had lived in Croatia for some time! Both ladies were very kind and helpful. All four of us slept in one spacious room, whose "windows" overlook the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and equipped with a bathtub. The apartment is on the ground floor of the building with access to the yard where the tenants' cars are parked (guests must park outside the yard on the street). The kitchen, equipped with basic utensils, is connected to a small dining space. There is also a small living room which we use for our luggage. Everything was very clean and tidy. Under a small tree in the yard (that does not provide enough shade ;-)) is a wooden table and a bench where we sat in the evening. The apartment is in the centre of Tbilisi, and everything is within easy reach.

- The bathroom was a little small and got dirty easily - There were flies that kept coming in. Had to kill quite a few. Maybe a window was left open. Later it was fine - The apartment is in an old establishment. Checking in at night can seem sketchy but Helen was there to guide and help so was great.

- Helen is a great host. Super friendly and guided us well. - Cleaned the apartment daily which was a super plus - Great internet for work

The shower/bath was warm but never got really hot, which isn’t great for an actual bath but fine for a shower.

This apartment is a gem. Absolutely ideal location, comfortable bed, super clean, enormous, good kitchen, and a host who is beyond-sweet.

there one little think, but I guess it can be fixable. the internet there is very slow and unstable, so if you need it for work like me it can be hard. but I suppose if you need faster internet you can ask the host to help with it

Amazing place, amazing host, beautiful yard with pomegranate trees, cats and a picnic table. very beautiful place right in the centre. there’s one more advantage of this appartment, it’s 3 mins away from the biggest in Tbilisi skatepark, the park is awesome, must visit. So I highly recommend this apartment

1. The apartment is located on the ground floor. So some may consider it dark. 2. The shower's location is not too comfortable, so you need to dry the floor after washing yourself. That's all!

This apartment is the perfect option to stay in Tbilisi 1. A good location. You'll live in a calm and branchy part of the city center. But there are still many parks and restaurants around it. Moreover, many close-by restaurants are for locals, not for tourists. So you can feel the real atmosphere and pay less money for your dinner. There is also a big supermarket 10 minutes' walk. The closest metro station is Liberty Square. It's also 10 minutes walk. 2. There is a cozy and authentic enclosure. You feel the Tbilisi spirit here. 3. The apartment itself is quite good and spacious. It looks exactly like in the photos. Appliances are good too. No problem with water. 4. The host is a very pleasant lady. She met us early morning and offered meals and homemade wine. Also, she helped us with our small challenges. Enjoy your time in Tbilisi:)

It is not allways easy to find affordable place to stay. Many times you have to disapoint when accomodation does not match to prior info. This time I was pleasently delighted over the apartment! Apartment is spacious. There are double bed + single bed in bedroom and also one can sleep in bed-sofa, next room. Beds were very comfortable and linen were fresh and clean. Bathroom is modern and there is even a bathtub - I just love that! Kitchen well equipped and will support easily 4 persons. The location is just perfect! 200 meters from Freedom square and Rustaveli avenue. After parked my car near the apartment, I did not needed to use it during my stay. Even though the apartment is in epicentrum, the courtyard makes it very quiet. I did not hear single car noise during my 2 days stay. 100 meters from apartment is pedestrian street that is during summertime weekends full of food and beverage tents. The owner is very friendly and helpfull. She did bring me saturday morning fresh katchapuri, coffee and dessert. Now I know where I stay next time when I am in Tbilisi :-)

Great Location . Hospitality of the owner-Lena has thought of literally everything possible,even emergency medicine kit! The apartment has warming units & even a towel warmer. Would love to visit again
