It’s rather smelly in the bathroom, I guess because of the old pipes. Idk if it’s possible to fix, but if you are sensitive to smell you should know.

It is a little bit pricey for Tbilisi, but you get the whole attic and a super view. During my two nights there, the room was not made up, but that is a very small criticism.

The location is superb, in an old part of the city (Sololaki) with tons of atmosphere, but a little bit away from the really touristy areas. I rented the attic with a large roof terrace that overlooks the city - amazing! This terrace is what sets the place apart. (But in the summer it can be very hot). The place feels less like a hotel and more like a guest house: not anonymous but quirky. The owners are super friendly and she speaks English.

The owners are very friendly and it was always nice talking to them. The rooms are clean and cozy and there is a guest kitchen for storing and preparing food. The owners dog was our personal highlight :)

The atmosphere was fantastic. Sandro is an amazing host, and his dog Tetri is just as wonderful. The homemade wine Sandro gifted us was delicious and strong. The breakfast was outstanding. Sandro also provided us with helpful advice throughout our stay.

I stayed here for 4days and when I came back from another city I still stayed here.It’s near the center of the old town,you could walk there in 10 minutes,and along the way you would find some restaurants and supermarkets which are convenient. It’s clean and quiet that you could get a good rest.The host is very helpful and kind,the first day I arrived was so late and he kept waiting for my arrival,I couldn’t withdraw cash from lost of ATM to pay the bill,but he was so nice to let me check in firstly.The dog is very friendly and adorable.

A perfect small oasis in the heart of Tbilisi. The most generous host I’ve ever met! Our flight back home was late at night, we could stay in the room all day for free, hours after check-out time! The bed was gigantic and super nice. This place was more then we could have whished for our last night in Georgia.

We had a very nice stay here. The room was clean and has a large comfortable bed. The host Sandro is really nice, responds quickly to questions and even got up at 4AM to arrange a taxi for us. Last but not least, he has the cutest dog to give you a warm welcome:)

There is a need for you to fix your address in Bolt as it points passengers and drivers to a different route.

Nice old house in an historically grown quarter of the town. Comfortable rooms with small balconies. Great pancakes for breakfast (would be even nicer if the milk for the breakfast coffee was included). Lovely house dog and a friendly young pair of owners. Take care: The entrance is at number 11 (not 13, whatever GoogleMaps shows).

Location is great. The owner is very supportive and always available. She suggested great places whenever we ask for. The property is very nice and clean. There is a TV/sitting area available for all guests. We were able to watch a Euro cup football match😁 They have a very friendly dog, you will love to play with him. It was a great stay and the AC in the room was life saver in the hot day. Car parking is also available. SUPER!

The best guest house in Tbilisi! What a wonderful place and such a warm, friendly welcome from Sandro and Anna. They really do a fantastic job, always smiling and so very helpful. The guest house has a lot of character, a charming blend of old and modern. The rooms are immaculate, with clean linen and comfy mattresses. Perfect location, a quiet oasis in Tbilisi yet less than a 10 minute walk to Liberty Square. I booked for one night and ended up staying 3, I'm sure it won't be my last stay. And, of course, the icing on the cake is dear Tetri, the House Dog, extremely gentle, friendly and always up for a pat. Highly recommended

Sandro was so friendly and went out of his way to make it a great say, he helped us with any questions. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nice quiet environment to relax in after busy days as well as feeling secure and safe. Very good location, walking distance to all main Tbilisi attractions, as well as a good bus connection from the airport. I would highly recommend 'Tbilisi Tales' for a stay in Tbilisi.

For the first timers, finding it is a challenge. I wish there were adequate signages on the main road, and something on the hotel front.

A no frills hotel, in a warm residential complex. I stayed here only for a day, but it was an excellent one. The location is fantastic, being a walking distance away from a lot of Old Tbilisi attractions. The room was clean with a balcony looking onto the courtyard of the residential complex. Sandro, who runs this hotel, speaks good English and is a young friendly chap. And you have an adorable dog, Tetri, who is always ready to play with you. My 7-year old son, fell in love with her and missed her when we left. All in all, it's a fantastic choice for everything above. Do not expect room service.
