Breakfast service was mediocre - but we also experienced the same when we ate out in restaurants so maybe it’s Georgian thing compared to other countries.

Cute little hotel, very nice rooms - they did a great job with the renovation. Perfect location and lots of shops and restaurants close by without being too busy.

I wish the breakfast buffet had more variety, not that the food was not great, but staying there for 1 week and having the same food options every morning kinda gets boring.

Nestled in the heart of the old city with a modern and comfy interior, this stay was amazing! Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. We had a room with a great view of the Lady of Georgia, and we loved walking around the neighbourhood for some food and drinks, many options are within a walking distance. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and we loved the little breakfast buffet. Can't wait to visit again!

The bed was so large and comfortable. The breakfast which was included in the rate was also very good value and they had the most wonderful large tea cups so you got a really good cup of tea. I love the location in the old City as well.

Noise from the Road.

I loved the breakfast and the services, especially by the Breakfast lady. She was very friendly and helpful and maintained a big smile. We are very appreciative of that.

I hurt my fingernail badly with the toilet door; it is not designed for safety. My friend almost hurt her finger in a minibar door, because it is also somewhat awkward. We did not appreciate the room check before checkout, this is the first time we had this, especially considering that we had a safety credit card deposit.

Breakfast food variety was average. Some days I have to skip breakfast due to early start of local tours. WiFi connection was unstable in my room but luckily I have a local eSIM. Quality of toiletries and housekeeping could be better.

Location is strategic, it’s in a quieter spot of the Old Tbilisi but walking distance to everything. Mother of Georgia is reachable in 10 mins by steps. Bed was comfortable. The reception lady who speaks very good English was super friendly and helpful. Early checkin is available at 70% room rate.

Rooms were too small and not a great view. Also breakfast is served at 8am sometimes we wanted to leave early morning and preferred if breakfast was served from 7-11 am at least

Very nice, tidy rooms. The Team is very helpful and friendly; they have a very usefull Chat where they answer fast. We have used a transfer Service, that was the best decision. Recommend it highly. Everything is on a high level. I am very satisfied and grateful.
