While my stay at this property was enjoyable overall, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the breakfast options were somewhat limited and could benefit from more variety and freshness. Additionally, considering the climate, it would be great if they could install a fan or AC in the elevator to ensure comfort, especially during warmer days. These enhancements would further elevate the experience and ensure guests have a more pleasant stay."

I had a wonderful experience at this property. Firstly, the location is absolutely perfect, offering a serene environment yet conveniently close to Metro and shops. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and maintained to a high standard. I especially appreciated the attention to cleanliness, as everything was spotless upon arrival. Beautiful experience from bottom to top. İ stay here for a short time because i have to go back istanbul too and then will go to London where i live. But… if i have time i would stay more days because i really like it. The hotel is near to underground and bus stops by walk and taxi is good option ( by yandex app.) because there is almost no traffic. İ booked for a double room and everything was perfect, even i didnt expect that much comfort They have beautiful breakfast which is including And the reception.. ***İ would like to say huge thanks for 3 ladies from reception, because they were so *Honest and so *Helpful with a Smile all the time; lady with glasses , and the lady with blonde hair , and the youngest lady. İ wish to see them again. İ give my best wishes for them. Sorry i dont know the names :)

Everything was amazing, stuff in reception, always smiling, helpful, and thy are speaking English. There was a problem with the car being locked with the key and the phone inside, so they gladly helped me to solve this issue

I really liked everything about the hotel. Clean and spacious room, everything works. The breakfast was very tasty, a lot of choice, everything was delicious.
