Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ChinaThe location of the B&B is very good, easy access to everything, the room is not too big but cosy furnished. The landlord has a charming smile and speaks excellent English and her mum also makes a delicious cake for breakfast😀

IsraelIt's not what I didn't like, I was ready for it. But it's something you have to bear in mind if you are booking this appartment. The bathroom is small and it's quite tricky to keep your cloth dry while taking a shower. You shouldn't expect a 5* hotel styled breakfast or a king-size bed here. Just read the reviews carefully and check the pictures - and you won't be disappointed
It is an old-fashioned but cozy appartment with creaky floor, exactly as I remember from my childhood. So if you want to feel this soviet vibe - that's the right place to do it. As a bonus you'll have a great host who will care about you in the way your granny did and a perfect location right in the middle on the old town of Tbilisi. Thank's to Rimma for keeping my luggage safe for free while I was traveling over the country) I really felt at home

BelgiumThe toilet is a little impractical because it is very small, and there is no shower tray. However, if you are not looking for every comfort, it is fine for an overnight stay or two nights. From the bedroom you can hear noises coming from the next room. I would suggest adding an insulation panel to the wall to solve this problem. Breakfast was OK, but it could be improved, perhaps with a different type of bread, such as those typical of Georgia and better if fresh, and maybe some jam.
The location is perfect. You are in the middle of old Tblisi, the perfect place to explore the town. The street is very calm and safe. The room is a bit vintage, but nice. It has the charme of the old houses of that area. I really appreciate the availability and kindness of the owner. I did an early check-in (at 5,30 a.m.) without being charged an extra price. I also asked for a transfer from the airport, and the father of the owner came to pick me up at 5 am.

ItalyWhile, as stated, the location was perfect, the street of our guest house had seen better days, and it was quite narrow. Given that we arrived by car, it was quite an inconvenience to park there The fridge got some water inside when we arrived, as well as the kettle. We had to clean them before being able to use them The bathroom, while private, is outside the room and to access it you had to traverse a shared corridor. Also it is very small and so it was quite inconvenient to shower/wash your clothes. Still, this is clearly depicted in the images, so not a critique, just a point to keep in mind
The position of the guest house, absolutely in the center of the city The warm hospitality of Rimma and her mother, that was really lovely The air conditioning was perfectly working There was also an included personal fridge and kettle in the room

GreeceSometimes you would hear the sounds from the next room (when near the wall or a little loud). I did not have any problem using ear plugs. There are not thick curtains on the window, to keep the light out.
Very central, clean, good price, breakfast included (although a modest one).

United KingdomThe room needs some dark curtains or blinds.
The owners are really nice and the room is large and very comfortable. I also had a bathroom to myself. The apartment is right in the heart of the old town close to everything, yet its on a pretty quiet street. Last but not least the breakfast was delicious.

United KingdomWhilst my room and the furnishings did not smell at all of smoke, the entrance hallway did.
The facilities were very clean, quiet, warm and located near main streets. There was excellent WiFi and a fridge was an unexpected bonus. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was freshly prepared traditional Georgian food.

GermanyIf you have bigger and/or heavier luggage, I recommend to go there by taxi. The road and the pavements leading there are extremely bad quality and have lots of steps, there was construction work, so it was quite a challenge to climb up with a 20+ kg big luggage to the accommodation.
Rimma and her family are so lovely and friendly people. She helped me a lot to organize my taxi ride to the train station (it was a little difficult because of construction work, but she called the driver for me and explained him how to get there). I got a huge amount of breakfast and was invited for a coffee too. They allowed me to leave my luggage there during the day of departure so I could go and explore the city comfortably. Bed was super comfy, everything was clean.

IsraelA limited toilet room to which a shower was added - there is no place to leave clean clothes. There is no storage space for clothes (the large closet in the room is full of the owner's equipment) The stairwell, the apartment and the room with the smell of damp and musty are not clean.
When it was raining outside, we didn't get wet when we were in the room.
