Everything about the apartment was amazing. Very very very clean, neat and up to date. But what I liked the most about it is Inqa the host. She is a great person with amazing personality she made us feel like we’re home. She was so nice that she cooked for us a very delicious khashaburi ( Ingaburi :) ) Definitely won’t be the last time. This property is a hidden gem - given the opportunity we would definitely stay here again. Located in the heart of the old city, right next to the Queen Darejan Palace (you can even see her balcony, which we were told about on our guided tour previously) the apartment is beautifully renovated, squeaky clean, spacious and has everything one might need. The hospitality of the host's mother deserves a special mention - thank you so much again!

Everything was perfect! Very friendly and helpful hosts, they greeted us with khachapuri, eggplant rolls and tasty wine! Very comfortable apartment in the heart of Tbilisi. Comfortable beds, with good mattresses. Well equipped kitchen. Great bathroom facilities. All is super clean and in a good shape.

Location is very good, it is in the middle of the city very convenient to travel around. Host was the best! Very nice and welcoming. The apartment was full of facilities would definitely stay there again if we go back.

Everything was neat, clean, and the property was well equipped with everything you will need for your stay! We stayed for 10 days and felt right at home. The host is very responsive and Inga, also our host, cooked us a wonderful breakfast of local Georgian cuisine Kachapuri. We felt like we were staying with family! The property is also only a 5-minute walk from Old Tblisi, near the metro, many restaurants nearby, and right above a souvenir store! We are definitely recommending this property to everyone, you will have a great stay in Tblisi!

Gorgeous location, close to the old town and the metro but still quiet. The apartment itself is huge and very nicely furnished, it felt like a fancy hotel but still had all the perks of an apartment such as kitchen, washing machine, etc. Zurab and his mother were very nice and helpful during check-in. Unfortunately we only had one night, but I would love to stay here again one day.

This is such an amazing place to stay. Highly recommend!! The location is fantastic, right in the city center so you are close to all attractions but the location of the apartment is quiet. Nice restaurants and wine shops were just below the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious and comes with all amenities you need. It was also very clean. The best thing though are the hosts. They are super friendly and welcoming. They even prepared dinner for us when we arrived around dinner time the first night. Never seen such hospitality. Thank you Zurab and Inga!

Excellent👍. A wonderful place right in the center, which is the best way to explore Tbilisi. Large veranda with a beautiful view for evening gatherings. Clean house with comfortable beds. Many thanks to Inga for a very warm welcome, she treated us like her relatives😍. Despite the fact that our plane arrived at 4 am, she met us and even helped to solve the taxi problem. Thank you very much for the prepared lunch, sincere conversations and lovely souvenirs.
