However during my 2nd visit ive noticed that there was one electronic device with wire which were attached side of the room TV which ive never seen before in any other hotel. it looks bit suspicious as ive traveled with my partner and the same thing was experienced by one on my friend who stayed in this hotel on last week on their honeymoon. it could be better if someone from the hotel could respond to my review to make it more clear to avoid any misunderstandings.

They upgraded our room for free with balcony.. Nice and comfortable than last time I stayed there a big improvement for satisfying guests needs and it become a good value of money spent in this hotel.. and they offer breakfast,.. however im not writing big paragraphs i would rate this hotel 99 out of 100 <3

Very nice room, fully equipped. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view from the balcony. There was a free coffee and tea in the kitchen. The hotel has a good location.

The beds are a bit soft and uncomfortable.

The location is great, the rooms are clean and warm, and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Eka especially went over and above to help us locate our missing bags from the airport.

Not the best hotel number, sometimes you need to wait for some time to get hot water, or can find some streaks wallpapers, but there time has past since my visit, so there have changes happened. And some rooms have nice balconies.

People who work in the hotel: you can feel like you visit your own relatives you haven't seen for a long time. You can find such hospitality there. And I don't mean just service, for instance, breakfast or new towels and etc, but humanity itself. You can be provided with any info you need, get any help, or just a small talk before leaving. You can feel like home there, not just one more random guest.

The Kids of the previous guests, who left marks on the walls... Disgusting. But it's not a hotel problem, it's a disrespect to property.

Very comfortable beds. Clean rooms. And stable internet. I could work at the table in the corridor Personnel willing to help. They'd let us in with a cat. The hotel is situated by a trinity Church, one of the biggest Christian churches in Georgia. Easy to rich the center - bridge of peace, liberty square. Has a shop right at the hotel, but an expensive one - worth walking 300 meters down the street. Also, just around the corner there's a fresh bread bakery - cheap and tasty. In 400 meters there's a home cafè with great kharcho- chicken soup. Anyways, i enjoyed. So di my cat. So did my kid.

We love the staff of the hotel - very accommodating and helpful. The location is also near the tourist attractions, and it gives you a great view of the city. Wine is served for free every breakfast.

The wifi didn't come alot on the 3rd floor

We booked for one night and stayed for 4 days as it was a lovely place to stay. Clean, comfy, spacious family room, huge balcony with excellent view. Good breakfast, not too much rush. Markets, spar, holy Trinity cathedral in front.

My room was a bit bizarre in that it was street-level so the views are to the people passing by and they could also see you if you removed all the curtains and all that, but it's not a big deal. Location is also not the best in the city. The sheets had some stains :)

This is a ok hotel with decent standards and professionalism. I was satisfied with my stay. The breakfast was not as interesting as in other places but it was buffet so overall ok. I liked the place, it deserves a 7-8 rating (which for me it means it's all good), but it was nothing super special either so I leave it at 7. For the price I paid it was quite a deal though. Also, this is a small thing but something I liked was that the guy at reception was supposed to give me one lari back when I paid and he didn't have it in that moment but almost immediately asked for it to someone else and gave it to me. It's an insignificant amount of money I don't care about, but I do care about the gesture and the good intentions. After having experienced many times in other places that people use 'tricks' to try to overcharge you slightly, one definitely starts appreciating more the honesty and good will of those people who don't want to cheat you, so I value that.

I really did not enjoy the breakfast to be honest as it was same everyday and very less choice.

Room was simple and most important there was water in the toilet next to WC. It had hot shower. So this was just basic need for me. Staff were great happy to help.
