No kettles in the room. The breakfast was the same everyday.

The views from the room were amazing. Great location, we could walk to almost all spots in the city centre within minutes. Staff was quite helpful, we could keep our luggage for 3 nights and leave as we were travelling outside Kutaisi.

i travelled to celebrate my friends birthday, - the hotel located in a very nice area, you wake up on the river sound which is mindblowing for me, i escaped the busy city life to nature. - Staff are very friendly and welcoming, they advised us with the best options regarding transportation. - the room is clean river view i'll totally recommend it to a first timer :)

The hotel location is amazing. Last year we stopped at the restaurant and the food was amazing We thought about staying overnight later. The dream came true! The hotel is nice and cozy, the staff is great, food - delicious. We visited the restaurant twice during the visit for lunch and breakfast. It's still amazing. I believe that here you can try the best khinkali! ever!! In general, we enjoyed the stay. It would be a nice touch to add robes and some amenities to the hotel room :)

Learned to order yandex taxi for travel And not use the assigned driver of hotel,he was kind but was very expensive.

Restaurant Front door of 301 does not evenly fit the frame and itself is quite thin, so offers little noise insulation. Can be quite inconvenient at night if other guests are being in the hallway.

Looks and feels just like on the photos. Really nice location and picturesque with the balcony on the river. Very big balcony, perfect for spending the summer night (we were not so lucky, coming in winter). The rooms are very good and well equipped and the whole interior of the hotel is well designed and kept. There is always a friendly staff member at reception who can help you also in English. Location is really good - central but also quiet. A lot of the places in Kutaisi you'd want to see are located within 5-10 mins on foot. Being right on the Red Bridge means you get a marshrutka transport to a lot of outside locations like Tskaltubo - right outside your hotel. Very convenient! I was quite happy with the breakfast, even though others didn't enjoy it that much. The restaurant itself is very unique in its interior and feel - I loved it. They were playing clips on the TVs of what seemed to be a cooking TV channel, but upon looking closer it's actually the restaurant's own dishes being prepared. Very professional footage, and I never in my life have been this well informed by any restaurant, about exactly what the dishes look like and include, so that I can decide what to order. Speaking of ordering, it's super easy with a getting a picture menu via QR code and then calling the waiter with a handy call button on the table. Too bad in our experience of eating late lunch/early dinner there, that the one dish was undercooked and meat was chewy, salad came maybe 45mins later, well after main course, and the traditonal bread was old. The waitress also acted very cold for some reason. Very disappointing overall. But in summary, after spending 4 nights there we can confidently say we would pick this hotel again if we come back to Kutaisi.
