We were there in November and it was peaceful and beautiful. Not sure I would want to visit during peak season. Normaly I don't like all inclusive style resorts, but this is well done and kept in excellent condition. One night is probably enough for most people, unless you visit in summer with kids and want to take advantage of all the pools. The buffet style food is OK for one meal, but for example is the free standing japanese restaurant much more interesting.

One of the downsides was the long wait time for food in the restaurant – it took far too long to be served. Additionally, the staff, overall, was not very attentive and could have been more welcoming and friendly.

The hotel has a wonderful property – it's spacious, well-maintained, and absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail in the landscaping is impressive, creating a relaxing and visually stunning atmosphere.

The only thing that frustrated me was being able to find out in advance about a late checkout. I understand that the hotel accommodates quite a few guests, but on the dates we stayed there - I could not find out about the possibility of late checkout (paid of course) until the day of checkout. In my opinion, this could have been solved, especially since I immediately said that I would like to leave not at 12 but at 18 hours and I am ready to pay extra, but there is no way to find out about this possibility in advance.

Lapota is a great hotel that exceeded my expectations. The place is beautiful and perfectly clean. Great indoor pool with two baths and outdoor jacuzzi. Lots of activities on the hotel grounds. Food from the main restaurant at breakfast/lunch/dinner was excellent with a wide variety of choices.

Coffee could be better Bread could be better As a wine lover the place sale wine at the reception without storing the wine in a wine refrigerator so the bottles were warm because of the heating at the reception wich means not good

Great place to have a complete relaxing vacation. Don't need to do anything just walk inside that nature preserve breath the air and look around the endless all colours your eyes can catch the lake the ducks the birds The wine.... Ill be back definitely

Internal transportation needs streamlining. It would be preferred if they had few vehicles assigned to go around within the premises at regular intervals, it will save time and efforts for guests to keep calling reception for transportation. The restaurants have a very limited menu and can be challenging for those with allergies.

The property is located by the lake side over several acres of land. The rooms are spacious. The restaurants are spread out and need internal transportation if you are senior citizens. The staff, especially the Guest relations manager, Sofio, was very professional and pleasant to deal with. We had forgotten our passports and some cash in our room at the time of departure, which was promptly handed by the housekeeping staff to Sofio. Sofio went out of her way to arrange a reliable transportation to send the documents and cash to us in Tblisi. It is very comforting to know that the resort has conscientious staff. .

There is no place to by basic things if u forget to bring and u need to travel 30 minutes to the closet city. Also the family room is big but without supperaid rooms

The breakfast is same each day, and Cappuccino etc is extra money. The opening hours of the facilities can be a bit longer, especially considering that you have nothing else to do at night (for example the internal pool, fitness center, etc.)

The place is a live fairytale, very magical. There are good facilities, horse riding, lake paddling, quads, pools, fitness center, etc. The staff is very nice, and helpful. Overall, amazing experience. Recommended for 3-4 days of stay.

Rooms were quite warm and it seems that the airconditioning had been turned off for winter as it didn't work in all 3 rooms we had booked and was still quite warm in the rooms in October. Although we chose to play tennis, I don't think it should be a paid activity, but rather a damage deposit at least. There are 3 courts there and it almost seems people might not be too bothered to play since it's a paid activity.

Breakfast buffet had a great selection and everything was very tasty. Tried 2 of the restaurants which had great food and reasonably priced. Wine tour was quite expensive but a really nice experience. The facilities were great from the pools to the sauna and gym. Didn't have time to enjoy many other activities but loved the options.

Security service should have been better trained to treat the hotel’s guests. The hotel area is a huge, so, ask the receptionist to do an orientation session on all services available in the hotel.

Everything is one place, that’s very convenient. Eco friendly hotel - no ICE cars are allowed, only electric cars are allowed to roam around the hotel’s area. House keeping service, breakfasts in the dining hall, Georgian kitchen restaurant are amazing.
