Unavailability of breakfast and few options in the restaurant.. considering they are catering us as a group, our meal choices from their menu weren’t available. Another comments is about the arcade amenities.. we were not granted the 40% discount as promised when we checked in, but no biggie. It was just a false hope.

The location, which countryside feels but not too far from the city. Love the serene vibe the location offers.

კარგი გარემო. მეგობრული პერსონალი. თანამშრომლები ზრუნავენ ქუჩის ძაღლებზე: უვლიან და კვებავენ მათ. სასტუმროს ოთახებში სისუფთავეა. სველ წერტილებში მრავალჯერადი გამოყენების ჭურჭელში განთავსებული შამპუნები და თხევადი საპონია. მოთხოვნის შემთხვევაში ხალათები შეგიძლიათ მიიღოთ უფასოდ. აუზი ღრმაა და ცურვის მცოდნეთათვის კარგია. ოთახი კარგი ზომისაა. გასართობ სართულზე დიდი არჩევანია. რესტორანს ლამაზად მოწყობილი შიდა და გარე სივრცე აქვს. მეგობრები კმაყოფილები დავრჩით.

Wow! What an amazing hotel complex located high above Tbilisi! Easily accessible though and beautiful. Surprisingly quiet for such an exquisite lodging! Outstanding staff made it feel almost like a homestay. Thank you!

The Kopala hotel is the hotel with ever best location, environment and nature around, to stay in for any purposes. Always clean, comfortable, with very professional and friendly staff. It makes this hotel a best choice to stay in, unless you need 4-5 stars hotels for High level diplomatic missions. However, if even this level meetings are informal, it is still the best choice. This hotel has also a good menu, however, you can find good supermarkets nearby as well as bakeries/cafes.

The fridge was very noisy, we turned it off...

We only slept here for one night and left early in the morning. Nice, quiet and clean hotel room with sufficient facilities. Shower was good, warm water.

We liked everything there. The hotel: the staff, you can feel that they care for your comfortable vacation. they are so welcoming, especially the lady with short haircut whose name I cant remember, let us know every detail about the hotel when we called for information, then when we arrived, she met us with a warm welcome and said they could upgrade us so we could stay on the upper floor, bigger hotel room, not a budget one that we have booked. Other members of the staff were also very helpful, with smile on their faces everywhere: in the gaming zone, in the reception, the building itself: facilities:indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden and comfy outdoor furniture. Pool is crystal clean, water temperature is warm enough to enjoy swimming even from the first seconds. What is also very important: nobody interrupts you while enjoying your vacation: no loud sounds, you have all the privacy, so you can relax. You have so many things to do here! Even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy your stay: Gaming space: Billiards, bowling, air hockey, table tennis, virtual games, cinema, indoor swimming pool with window on a part of its ceiling, terrace with beautiful garden and nice, not very loud music. Beautiful nature near the hotel: central park is on walking distance (although not very comfortable walk as it is on the central road), but when you come to the park, you can enjoy the forrest-like quiet park with big trees🌲🌲, children can enjoy climbing and other facilities, football stadium. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back when we want to relax near Tbilisi.

It's quite a big place, with swimming pool (included), bowling alley (reduced for guests, 30 GEL instead of 50 for one lane for 1 hr), sauna (55 GEL for 2 ppl for 1 hr, I think) and a restaurant, that positively surprised us with delicious food, very friendly service and fair prices. The room was also surprisingly spacious, very clean and a very comfortable bed. The shower was great as well (hot and with good pressure). English was a bit limited, but we got along totally fine. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place if you want to mainly explore downtown Tbilisi, but for a stay just outside the city, it was a great choice!
