Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelarusThe weird conversion rate suggested by the host when i paid. It was 35 euros more than the price displayed in the app. It was, of course, blamed on bad booking.com rate. However, the worst conversion rate in the city centre was still better than here. So pay attention if you decide to pay in any currency other than Lari. The reception is not 24/7, they work until 5pm or 6pm, so you'll have to share your plans with them. You won't be able to get inside the building if you miss them. It also doesn't work every day, only on the days of somebody's check-in or check-out, so if you need something, you'll have to wait. The room is dark. There's a loggia right outside the windows, so hardly any daylight. Plus, if enough people stay in the hotel and it's warm, they will be sitting there. And they will see your room and you very clearly. That was not the case for me, though. It was horrendously cold there in March, no heating. I think it's rather overpriced, but given the overall Tbilisi's prices, it's probably normal.
The location's nice. The fact that there's a kitchen you can use is awesome. The bed was big. It was quite clean.

PolandThe view was not onto the garden/city as claimed. Instead, the window was connecting the room with a patio (basically a closed room). Thus, we had a little of airflow and it was difficult to feel privacy. Breakfast was also not available despite the information on Booking.

GermanyNo person at the reception at arrival, we had to wait outside bc we couldn’t get into the hotel. no clean bath room. everything was very old and not clean. the sink in the bathroom was not free. therefore, when a guest took a shower, the whole bathroom (yes, shared bathroom with 10 other double room!!!) was a swimming pool. no staff the next morning when we wanted to check out. no luggage room etc etc. overall, definitely overpriced and I want a refund!

FinlandBeds were not comfort. Toilet paper was not available all the time during stay. Room has a direct door to common balcony so you can wake up and see how people looking at you. Smoking is allowed in the venue so you can’t breath normal air. Toilets are common so you may stay in queue for a while. Venue accept only cash and it is not possible to pay with card.
Location is not so bad actually.

Quiet location even though it is close to old Tbilisi. The hotel is well maintained with a nice interior. The family running the hotel is super hospitable trying to make everything comfortable for the guests. I enjoyed the bath, and had a wonderful time.
