Smoking in the path room was very annoying. Especially when you close the door. Although it is a non smoking hotel.

It was clean with good location , supportive team, breakfast was good , they manage to get me interconnected rooms for my kids . And allowed me to stop in front of the hotel

Seem to be a bit short staffed in reception. Particularly when group tours arrive you’re stuck behind 10-20 people being checked in the non group patrons have to wait ages or leave and come back. The staff are doing fine but it really left a bad impression.

It’s new. It’s perfectly located to all the tourist attractions.

The breakfast is very limited , the receptionist on our check out doesn't have much information I was asking about parkings opposite of the hotel if it's free or no she said I don't have a driving license so I don't know !

The hotel is clean and the location is perfect very close to main attractions in tbilisi the staff on check in was professional and speaks good English , price is very reasonable

The hotel is located close 5-7 mins walking from the main attraction from Tbilisi, plenty restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities, good attention from staff, confortable beds and room area, very quite and good breakfast.

Limited breakfast options. Even if I wanted to order something for dinner and not go out, the menu is quite limited.

I really loved the check-in experience. They even upgraded me to a room with a view. The staff at the reception were always there to help with a smile. The location was perfect for my requirements. The wifi was great.

Me and my family recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Avlabari, Tbilisi and were impressed. The rooms were spotless and spacious, and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff members were not only kind but also incredibly attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. From check-in to check-out, their warmth and professionalism made us feel welcome. Special mention to Mariam, Naira, Koba and many others. Additionally, the hotel's location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of Tbilisi it was conveniently close to lots of attractions and amenities, allowing us to easily explore the area without any hassle. Overall, my experience at Holiday Inn Express was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and welcoming hotel with a perfect location.

The hotel is very cozy and clean, the room was amazing very comfortable bed and pillows, the temperature in the room was good compared to how cold it was outside, but i got to say the highlight for me was the breakfast, they had amazing bakeries and lots of options to choose from, we stayed only for one night but we totally enjoyed it, will be coming again for sure, the location was very close from a pharmacy, spar supermarket and walking distance from maidan square. Overall 10/10

Located right at city center, i think staying here is far better than staying in any boutique hotel. Hotel is nice & clean, well managed. View from room was amazing. All Staff are very humble and helping. Breakfast menu has lot of option.

I hoped there is a Shataf in the restroom. Not many choices for the breakfast.

I would like to thank Giorgi ( sorry if I misspelled the name) for his nice welcome. Other staffs are also friendly. The hotel is very nice for 1 or 2 nights before traveling back home.

Rooms were warm, the AC could be stronger. Even when set at max coldest temp. It is still warm. Had to item windows.

Breakfast was filling. Staff were friendly. They sang happy birthday to my toddler with a cake. Ana assisted us to book a ride to our mall.
