You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ThailandThe bathroom doesn't seperate wet and dry section. After we took a shower, water was scattered all over the area and a bit slippery.
Nino (our host) cooked us a big set of breakfast; egg, sausage, fresh tomato and cucumber, home-made bread, jam, tea and coffee. She speaks very little English but we could communicate well with the help of google translater. She's willing to help. If we could speak Russian or Georgian, it should be more fun to talk to her. Guesthouse is located close to Kazbegi center, easy to walk to supermarket and restaurants. Nino's family raises a herd of sheep as well.

IsraelI slept with my daughter on a double bed, the blanket was small for two. The shower is combined with the toilet and is not fenced off by anything. Therefore, after taking a shower, the entire toilet bowl is in water.

Our bedroom was huge and the breakfast was delicious, we never left hungry. The host was very kind and always ready to help despite the language barrier. She speaks Georgian and Russian and only a little English but we managed well. Also, her dog, cat and rabbit outside are absolutely lovely.

United KingdomThe duvet was too small to fully cover the double bed and too small for two people to be properly covered. Pillows were rather solid. Too much furniture in the room.
Our room was very well presented and spotlessly clean although it has to be said that the decor and furnishings, whilst quite new and good quality, are rather austere looking. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They speak almost no English and our Georgian is zero but we communicated ok in respect of all the essentials. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful with eggs, cheese, bread, salad, pancakes. The location is very quiet, just a 5-10 minute walk from the centre. They have a lovely little dog.
