We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It's great for a 4-star hotel. Generally good hotel with better than average design. It claims to be a 5-star hotel, however it doesn't have nearly the facilities to be called that.

IsraelI recently stayed at this wonderful hotel for two nights and couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The hotel is new, clean, and provides a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The location of the hotel is extremely central. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the staff. They are amazing—always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any needs. I want to extend a special thanks to Tamara and Luka at the reception. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly made my stay memorable. Additionally, the breakfast served here is great. There is a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

JordanThe check-in process wasn't smooth for a couple of reasons: The card wasn't accepted when I wanted to pay at the property, although I used it all over the country, so I had to rebook the room and pay with my card (online) that was rejected, this is very weird. The second one is they took so much time to check us in, it exceeded the actual check-in time (3:00 pm). I'd like to thank Luca who helped us getting through this weird check-in process.
The location is great it is central in old Tbilisi, the bed is very comfortable and the room is so clean. The hotel has a lovely design.
