The host Elsa was very welcoming and helpful and was ever ready to go the extra mile to make our stay better. My 4 year old started calling her mother Georgia so that speaks volumes. The location was right in the center.

In short you would like everything but the two most exceptional things are Elza the nicest lady we met in Georgia and the view from which you can enjoy Rioni river in such a beautiful scenery. I will definitely be back here next time, i recommend everyone coming to Kutaisi to try this exceptional hotel.

There is no TV in the room. It was cute old school decor, no river view in this room. We haven't used AC and the fridge. Blankets kept us warm. Would suggest providing hand wash, instead of old soap. A mirror would be great in the room. The lady waits for you to return home before locking up at night so if you plan late nights maybe tell her, though you get a key.

We had a big room, nice and clean with extra beds, felt like living in someone's house. We were given early check in. Coffee, tea, water are in the common area which you can use. The hotel is just a couple minutes walk to all attractions and was an amazing value for the room size and location. The sweet owner said many goodbyes and when we mentioned there was no shower gel, she apologised and truly if anything is lacking we can tell her. She uses google translate so that helps a lot.

Best property in kutaisi. perfect location and owner is very sweet. They took care of us like a family. Even let us cook in their kitchen for my baby. Must recommend to stay. Location is very good just near to the river.

The accommodation was in a very pleasant location, everything was within walking distance. Breakfast is worth asking for, it was very tasty. The host of the house was very friendly and helpful with all questions.

Everything is perfect

Stayed here with two of my friends before flying out of Kutaisi. I wished we had spent more nights here as the view is very beautiful it is by the Rioni river. We had a balcony as well in our room so it was perfect to have coffee on it in the morning. Elsa was a very kind and communicative hostess. She helped us with anything we wanted. I also loved that the room we booked had plastic slippers for us to use. The location is also very near the city centre. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kutaisi, definitely pick Gantiadi Hotel.

The front yard is facing Riona river, a nice comfortable breeze always,,and a deck for relaxing is a add on element. The owner of the guest house is very friendly and caring,she tries her best to help and I m pampered with food and wine .I stayed for 4nights,felt at home ,it's a cozy place😍♥️

The location was steps away from the down town restaurants and attractions but being on the river it felt very quiet and in nature. I loved the view from the guest house. The woman who owns/runs the place was so very nice and helped us to arrange our travel arrangements. She also allowed my boys to play music on her piano and was in general very friendly and welcoming. I loved the air conditioning in the room and the balcony with the view.

Pretty much nothing, a very small nitpick would be that the washroom can be a little conjusted at times, but it didn't cause any issues whatsoever.

Everything about it was really nice. The beds were comfy, the view from the place was nice, and so close to the centre. The housekeeper is such a kind and amazing soul. She took amazing care of us. Appreciated her a ton. With the price we got this at, this place came out to be such an amazing decision. I highly recommend it.

I can only say positive things about the Gantiadi guesthouse. The guesthouse is in a grand old house down a narrow lane, and overlooks the Rioni River. It is a quick few minutes' walk to the town center and the Green Bazaar. The rooms are very clean and spacious with a pleasant slightly retro decor. The sound of the river is a lulling sleep aid, and there is a comfortable common room to relax in. The shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. The owner was kind and accommodating toward our late (after midnight) arrival. They arranged a reasonably priced ride from Kutaisi airport to the guesthouse. The proprietor greeted us in the middle of the night with a young neighbor or relative to bridge our language gap. We were a family group of five and they arranged two rooms next to each other for us. Our only regret was not having the time or weather to relax on the balcony and enjoy the river view more.

The hotel is located next to the Rioni river and next to the city center. Everyone working there was very nice, I even got some typical Georgian food to taste.

Perfect space for 3 people. We each had our own twin bed and a private bathroom. There is a spacious balcony with a lovely view of the river. We also liked the shared living area.
