I had an extraordinary experience at British House Hotel in Tbilisi. From the moment I arrived, the hotel manager greeted me with hospitality and served me a complimentary breakfast and welcome drink while my room was prepared. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, with everyone smiling. They offered to handle my luggage and bring me anything I needed. They were all very accommodating and understanding. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to get around. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is freshly cooked and delicious. I really enjoyed this experience and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Thank you for everything!

This is my favorite hotel in Georgia! A comfortable stay in a beautiful building with a cozy character. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beds comfortable. All staff are the most attentive and true custodians of Georgian hospitality. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great. Everything was wonderful. Checking in & out was exceptionally fast & easy. I felt compelled to come by and let everyone know how spectacular this staff is, absolutely the nicest people ever. Not one complaint staying here. The rooms were very clean. The beds were so comfortable.Thank you for a wonderful stay i will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our room, the view, the peace and quiet, the Brkfst, the staff. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. It is close to restaurants, groceries, and easily accessible.

At night there was little noise from other room. But it wasn't critical, the noise was pretty quiet, it won't disturb your sleep.

Breakfast was diverse, tasty and pretty cheap. Stuff and hotel owner were very hospital. The room was clean and in a good condtion.
