Some people complained that the entrance of the building was old and the elevator is small. Well, to me, an old style nice and stone-made buildings with their entrances are much better than any nowadays concrete-glass made aquariums somewhere else, and, in addition, I could easily use the elevator with all my belongings despite my weight and fear of elevators: there is simply no need to pack the elevator to the limits by 2-3 people and bags.

I travelled for work for 10 days and was pleased both with the apartment and the management by the host. I was met at the entrance, the apartment met all my expectations. What was indeed good for my business trip was the quite and wonderful yard with garden, where it was possible to walk and exercise a bit in the mornings. The location is very good: easy to reach by Taxi from the airport; a nice garden in about 3-4 minutes walk to north-east by Aghmashenebeli street; a lots of stores and cafés nearby. The host is very responsive and kindly provides any help or any piece of information one needs.

The only thing is there were not card payment option. as a tourist it would be nice to pay with card, cash out from ATMs can be expensive.

Facilities were better than some 3 stars hotels. After this we stayed in 3 stars Hotel and Famous apart hotel but facitilies wasn’t even closer to this. Great hospitality

The staircase of the building was not clean and it's a bit old, smelly and the lift needs an access card that was bit inconvenient as a guest.

The new style apartment especially the washroom was equipped with a faucet and the washroom was clean, neat, and tidy. The room was well furnished and equipped with all the required facilities to stay with family. The host is kind and takes care of you the best by serving beyond your expectations. The location of this property is awesome.

Nice apartments for a long stay. It has a good wifi connection so it was possible to work remotely for both of us with no issues. Kitchenette has everything required for a comfort month+ living. Room is clean, daily cleaning and laundry services are included. Host is very friendly, always ready to help, all communication is clear and in time. Location is quite good, there are a lot of restaurants, local stores, banks and mobile carrier facilities 5-10 minutes walk from the apartments.

Very comfortable bedding. The apartment is very clean and quite big, high pressure shower, clear communication with the owner. The location is perfect on the edge of the center which is convenient to visit the city but not noisy.
