The flies. They had an issue with flies in the dining area. Staff did their best to cover everything to ensure the food was safe but management really needs to address the problem.

The location of the resort was ideal. Close enough to the airport and a town. Quiet and lively at times. Easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved our room. We had a balcony facing the ocean. Good breakfast every morning was included with our stay.

We loved our rooms. Premium quality. We thought reception staff were really helpful and kind. As were the cleaning staff. Restaurant staff were sadly forgetful inaccurate and the quality of the food was poor. There was no poolside service which meant a very long walk to the bar for drinks or snacks. But the shuttle to the beach was excellent.

Some of the facilities needed work...(ladies shower in the marina area wasn't working, gate needed fixing and not all fans in dining area were functioning.) Unfortunately the road into the resort was under construction during our stay

Staff was warm and friendly. The included breakfast was fabulous! Close to the airport, close to the beach, plenty of fun activities available. Gave us the "real" Grenadian experience.

The ticket thing for Streetfest Wednesday. You should be able to pay a set price for the food and not deal with purchasing tickets. I personally do not carry cash on me.

Loved the views of the bay at breakfast. I ate pancakes everyday. They were okay. Could stand to be more fluffy and lighter. I thoroughly enjoyed all the theme nights for dinner.

For us we prefer to be by the beach so this was a different sort of holiday for us. The hotel has some lovely pools. It's a shame there wasn't more times available for the beach shuttle bus - 9am! We are on holiday so we didn't want to rush about just to get the bus.

Great hotel with an arty Caribbean vibe. Friendly staff. Good food in the restaurant but it could do with more variety for the lunchtime menu.

Breakfast was disappointing. The fruit was always melon and watermelon and the melon in particular was flavourless. The Street Food night was horrendously busy.

Very comfortable and quiet room. Couldn't hear the music from the Dodgy Dock. Easy walk to the Container Park for good food and drink.

The air conditioner was making a dripping sound throughout the night. There was a lot of mosquito or sandfly. I think they should spray the area to combat that issue. I as well as the people I was with got a lot of mosquito bites on the premises.

The staff was amazing. They always had a smile and great positive energy. The coco tea was very good. I also enjoyed the cinnamon and bayleaf tea. We ordered room service and the food was delicious! It actually was better than what we expected.

They didn’t provide enough towels we had to ask. The water wasn’t too warm in the morning time it got warm during the afternoon.

I like the fact that it was located in a quiet peaceful country side area. There wasn’t too much noice or traffic

We were assigned a room that didn’t match our booking. We were lucky they switched us from a queen room to the king suite that we booked but it was in the far back of the cocoa pods area. The restaurant we may have hit on an off night but only went once because it was some special “galentines” related menu that had chocolate on everything including ribs and risotto. There was no alternative. Staff was kind of grumpy at the dodgy dock. Also keep in mind that the place is at the end of the runway so you will hear big jets taking off sometimes early in the morning.

Beautiful grounds with multiple pools, a chocolate shop, a play area, nice generous breakfast. The staff were helpful with a room change and other things. The room was a gorgeous split level with bedroom up top and 2 balconies overlooking the smaller pool. Really comfortable although you needed to go round back to get in. Helpful to have a gated parking area as we had a car for part of it. Couldn’t be more convenient to the airport since it’s a stone’s throw.

It is hilly, built into the hillside so can be a challenge for older folks or those w mobility issues.

Staff accommodated our request for a bottom level unit, twin beds and had golf cart available for my senior Mom!

Some of the staff were a bit grumpy - the person on reception and the person running the restaurant.

Some of the staff were brilliant - waitress Hustel and Rum Shop gentleman Sky, for example. Loved all the pools. Great way to end our holiday.

My only complaint is that I wish the room was cleaner. It needs a deep clean. You can see dirty finger prints and stains all over the walls, door handles etc. the walls and tiles really need to be scrubbed.

Beautiful property with a lot to offer. Great location close to the airport, water, and many good options. We thought the staff were incredible and kind. They were very helpful with doing money exchanges, extra towels, etc. we really liked the three pool options, the onsite restaurants and bars. Breakfast was good. WiFi and air conditioning worked well. Our room and bathroom were spacious and had a full kitchen.

We requested a menu in our room for room service from the very first day and never received one. When we finally did order through an online menu, all of the prices were different. We weren't always sure as to how we should participate in the hotel offerings.

Our primary cleaner Gillian was awesome. We loved our room. Commitment to environment (recycling, electric cars etc...) The pool choices. The live entertainment and different themed nights. The hotel owner is always on site rubbing shoulders with the guests. Very unique. The decor and of course the food. The onsite museum.

The restaurant was ok, the staff knowledge of Gluten free options was variable with us being provided with different information on the same menu items. The Gluten free options themselves were also limited. Generally the food was nice enough. The resort is a little bit away from other life, The bus to Great Anse beach only runs a few times a day and you have to book your place in advance so it's not easy to go for a spur of the moment trip to the beach and there isn't much within walking distance of the hotel. (Taxis in Grenada seem to be quite pricey).

Front desk staff were very efficient, we arrived late afternoon on Wednesday which is a busy night at the restaurant so they had proactively booked us a table just in case we needed it. Our room/suite was very nice (Cocoa pod suite) with great views from the balcony, a kitchenette, great A/C and a comfortable bed. The grounds were good, with 4 pools you could always find a quiet spot and there were nice views over the bay. The resort offers day passes and these were used by Grenadians and students from the nearby university as was the restaurant. This gave the resort a nice vibe, you really felt like you were in Grenada rather than just a random sunny island. It also felt very safe so you could just walk out of the hotel. We felt the resort was very good value.
