The caravan is a bit dated and needs freshing up ie change the bed

The bed was rather uncomfortable and very noisy which kept waking my son up when you moved Oven took ages to light but when lit was ok

Seat broken in lounge area ,had to sleep in lounge with fire and hob on as it was so cold,duvets are very thin not warm enough no extra blankets , no shops on site that were open and no entertainment

As soon as we opened the door the caravan was filthy dirty smelt like damp cigarettes and dog we had to got to the local Tesco and buy a lot of cleaning products and scrub the caravan before I’d even let my daughter go inside It there is damp and mold in the bed rooms the window latches are broke the bedding was disgusting. We had to go and buy all new quotes pillows sheets pillowcases I don’t know this is allowed to be rented out to People. I will never stay in this caravan again. The only reason we stayed was because my daughter was so excited for his holiday. It’s a shame because the site is really really nice. Staff really friendly and helpful downside to the site is there is a lot of drugs floating around the smell of cannabis is so strong no matter where you go.

Everything was horrible. The caravan was dirty, mouldy and smelly. The shower was mouldy and unusable. The beds and bedsheets were unchanged , dirty and smelly. The smell was nasty. Didn't have toilet paper or towels. I would never recommend this to my enemy. Absolutely horrible.

There was ants and spiders crawling everywhere we had changed the bedding to our own and when we lifted off the quilt cover there was an ant crawling in the bed. There was also no hot water the caravan also did smell like urine.

Nothing we had to move to another place couldn't sleep there there were flys as we open door bin was still full of rubbish fridge still had previous people's food and drinks init beds hadn't been change the owner Paul Barnes was very rude when we called him and put phone down on me the sofa was broke the grill didn't work it should not be on booking.com I've booked with you many times before and had no problem I'm making an official complaint about this man's caravan I have pictures of the property

Location is very good! Some places of interest in the vicinity. Overall I had a good experience to visit Clayton-on-Sea. I can recommend it to everyone to visit this place near to the sea.

The shower was stone cold for over half our stay and we had to clean the place before we left.

There was no hot water in shower. Carpets wet Cooker don't work Fire did not work Smell of wee everywhere Condensation Damp. My 8 year old came down ill because of how cold it is. My chest is bad now and at to go to walk in centre. totally ruined my holiday

Words can not even describe just how vile this property was. Urine, faeces and pubic hair round the toilet. The sofa was so dirty and sticky, you didn’t want to sit on it. Mould everywhere and cobwebs, no cooker! The smell was awful, it hits you as soon as you opened the door! The floor was so dirty the mop was black, there was rubbish stuffed down the sofa. Was condensation everywhere, where the windows are so old. Fridge was filthy. Only two things that were clean was the brand new toaster and kettle. Beds were broken and disgusting. You had to clean it to even enter it.

The whole place was covered in dog hairs and smelt like a wet shaggy dog I have allergic reactions I wasted 2 hours in there and had to leave and book somewhere else the owners say it was clean but don't have a clue wat clean is

It smelt on entering stains on carpet and furniture the grill didn't work either did the fire although they did put a small 2 bar heater in living room which didn't help warm the living area let alone the bedrooms because no heating. And the double bedroom you couldn't get dressed in there or open wardrobes because the bed was to big. And no cleaning products so we could sweep or mop before leaving because of the weather it was very water logged so would of been happier to of cleaned before we left.

It was standard but I can’t complain as we knew it would be but still had everything and we had no issues.

Had everything we could possibly need , great location and we was comfortable, on site facilities were good especially for the children.

The caravan was alful. The grill did not work. The fire was broken so cold in the morning. The caravan was dirty and we had to dust when we got there, the carpet had cigarette burns in it. The shower was mouldy and so was the bedroom. Would never stay in a caravan like this again.

Liked the location, the staff were friendly. Food was nice.

Very dirty and neglected. The sofa hasn't been freshened up in years and it smells. A very small caravan. After a week we left where I had rented for over a month. it smelled terrible.
