We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt is a dated van, which is fine but there is black mold in the shower cubicle and clearly its an old issue as it goes through the wall to the master bedroom. Couldn’t get the hot water to stay on long enough to have a shower! Someone’s knickers were left in the bedroom cupboard 😂. It generally was quite shabby and needed a good clean. Definitely NOT worth the £156 i paid for 3 adults for 3 nights!

United KingdomThe caravan was disgusting, cannabis all over the sofa when we got there, dtug wraps on the floor damp and mould in bedrooms. Window handles broken, one bedroom window would not close. I have emailed you several times for a refund. If i do not get a reply ibwill be taking this further. We had to clean the the caravan ourselves. Would never return again absolute disgrace. I expect a reply and refund straight away. I will forward photos in an email tomorrow very very disappointed and pissed off

Was really close to the shop & the beach! Was very clean considering self cleaning tbh. We also tripped the caravan from the outside and as I had no idea what todo, someone was round within 15-20 mins so I was very happy at that :)

United KingdomProperty was very very dirty smelt of mould and had damaged seating areas, foot prints on the ceilings and windows that didn’t open. The fridge was full of ice and dirty marks. Pots and pans had not been washed with leftover food in them. The sofa was that dirty it made you feel sick sitting on it. Burn marks up the wall behind the cooker were also present.

The shower looked like it had never been cleaned, and most of the handles for the windows were broken. There was also spit on the step. I have also been refused a refund. I will never be using booking .com again.

United KingdomAs soon as we opened the door the caravan was filthy dirty smelt like damp cigarettes and dog we had to got to the local Tesco and buy a lot of cleaning products and scrub the caravan before I’d even let my daughter go inside It there is damp and mold in the bed rooms the window latches are broke the bedding was disgusting. We had to go and buy all new quotes pillows sheets pillowcases I don’t know this is allowed to be rented out to People. I will never stay in this caravan again. The only reason we stayed was because my daughter was so excited for his holiday. It’s a shame because the site is really really nice. Staff really friendly and helpful downside to the site is there is a lot of drugs floating around the smell of cannabis is so strong no matter where you go.

United KingdomEverything was horrible. The caravan was dirty, mouldy and smelly. The shower was mouldy and unusable. The beds and bedsheets were unchanged , dirty and smelly. The smell was nasty. Didn't have toilet paper or towels. I would never recommend this to my enemy. Absolutely horrible.
