Old and hadn’t been cleaned very well and could smell the musk and damp but once aired not to bad. Just needs to have windows and furniture checked as damaged some repairs

We have to clean the place in the bedroom was mould in the shower there pubic hair and dirty floor wasn't clean it was full of dust one glass was dirty at to spend money on cleaning products to clean it out self's we at to clean the bed it smelt of mould we cleaned the caravan before we left we have photos of needed

It is a dated van, which is fine but there is black mold in the shower cubicle and clearly its an old issue as it goes through the wall to the master bedroom. Couldn’t get the hot water to stay on long enough to have a shower! Someone’s knickers were left in the bedroom cupboard 😂. It generally was quite shabby and needed a good clean. Definitely NOT worth the £156 i paid for 3 adults for 3 nights!

The bed was rather uncomfortable and very noisy which kept waking my son up when you moved Oven took ages to light but when lit was ok

Seat broken in lounge area ,had to sleep in lounge with fire and hob on as it was so cold,duvets are very thin not warm enough no extra blankets , no shops on site that were open and no entertainment

It was dirty not cleaned and there was drugs left behind by the last people who stayed and it wasn’t cleaned the shower was broke and all floors were dirty

Was damp and full of mould was cold all time really dirty my husband got ill stating there he has stag 4 lungs cancer so the dump and mould wasn’t good for him had to stay somewhere else for 2 nights

The caravan was disgusting, cannabis all over the sofa when we got there, dtug wraps on the floor damp and mould in bedrooms. Window handles broken, one bedroom window would not close. I have emailed you several times for a refund. If i do not get a reply ibwill be taking this further. We had to clean the the caravan ourselves. Would never return again absolute disgrace. I expect a reply and refund straight away. I will forward photos in an email tomorrow very very disappointed and pissed off

Abysmal absolutely stinking of dog wee broken sofa bed all curtains carpets and upholstery dirty and smelly mouldy curtains springs digging out of bed all belongings reeking of the place even though we only stayed one day was the worst place I’d ever been to was absolutely shocked this property is allowed on any booking sites

Very cold caravan & u can’t use the heaters provided at the same time as the kettle or using telly etc as it trips the caravan!

Was really close to the shop & the beach! Was very clean considering self cleaning tbh. We also tripped the caravan from the outside and as I had no idea what todo, someone was round within 15-20 mins so I was very happy at that :)

Property was very very dirty smelt of mould and had damaged seating areas, foot prints on the ceilings and windows that didn’t open. The fridge was full of ice and dirty marks. Pots and pans had not been washed with leftover food in them. The sofa was that dirty it made you feel sick sitting on it. Burn marks up the wall behind the cooker were also present.

Very old dated and desperately in need of a refurbishment. The smell when we arrived was like mould very uncomfortable worst caravan if carlsberg done caravans this would be the very worst.

The caravan was absolutely disgusting. The bed sheets were dirty and smelt so bad that my friend slept in her car. The shower looked like it had never been cleaned, and most of the handles for the windows were broken. There was also spit on the step. I have also been refused a refund. I will never be using booking .com again.

As soon as we opened the door the caravan was filthy dirty smelt like damp cigarettes and dog we had to got to the local Tesco and buy a lot of cleaning products and scrub the caravan before I’d even let my daughter go inside It there is damp and mold in the bed rooms the window latches are broke the bedding was disgusting. We had to go and buy all new quotes pillows sheets pillowcases I don’t know this is allowed to be rented out to People. I will never stay in this caravan again. The only reason we stayed was because my daughter was so excited for his holiday. It’s a shame because the site is really really nice. Staff really friendly and helpful downside to the site is there is a lot of drugs floating around the smell of cannabis is so strong no matter where you go.

Everything was horrible. The caravan was dirty, mouldy and smelly. The shower was mouldy and unusable. The beds and bedsheets were unchanged , dirty and smelly. The smell was nasty. Didn't have toilet paper or towels. I would never recommend this to my enemy. Absolutely horrible.
