Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandA few things we didn't like were.... 1. Our room was right beside the elevator, and even though foot traffic never disturbed us, the elevator squeaks every time someone uses it. I mean SQUEAKS and SCREECHES!!!! Definitely needs lubricant. 2. A side table is needed for the left side of the bed, nowhere to put your phone, book, glasses, earplugs, a drink, etc. 3. A hook for your towel right outside the shower cubicle. It's not ideal to leave your clean towels on the floor. 4. A separate light for the toilet cubicle, if you need to use the loo in the middle of the night, you have to switch on the main light, disturbing the other person in the room. If I had a side table at the bed, I could have used my phone as a light. 5. Even though the tea and coffee were complimentary, it was possibly the worst tasting coffee we ever had. Those points I made are just constructive criticism and a few pointers. We will definitely stay again in this hotel.
Very clean, modern hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Our room was small but perfect for what we needed. Unusual bathroom set up. Separate shower cubicle and toilet cubicle. Sink in the bedroom. We didn't mind this, but might not suit some people as regards privacy etc. Our room had black out blinds, which we absolutely loved. Great size TV. All the toiletries you need are there, also hairdryer and iron. Fantastic aircon as we couldn't open a window.

United KingdomThe door to the toilet in our bedroom is set slightly too high, so it misses the latch and also grates against the ceiling vent. It would also be good to have access to a kettle in the room, but do appreciate the hot drinks machine downstairs.

United KingdomThe bedroom was comfortable but it had a very odd layout. The bathroom was next to the window, and the bed was away from the window, by the entrance door. Hanging / storage space for clothes was not great. Hanging rail was ok for shirts but not for dresses. I would have added a desk to the room. There was no place where to sit and use a laptop apart from the bed

United KingdomNo tea/coffee facilities in the room. The water for the complimentary drinks was only just warm so the drinks were not nice to drink. Not enough storage space for a family of 4 staying for 4 nights. We couldn't unpack the suitcase of clothes.

United Kingdomthe bathroom is very odd and is just part of the room the shower and toilet are in cubicales but there is no separate room for the sink area so no real privacy which i think they could improve on even fitting a sliding door to section the bathroom area off. also another negative no vegan options for breakfast they had run out.

They have a nice modern bar with cozy couches and a free coffee and tea bar. The location is excellent, a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby and the old town is easy reachable on foot.
