You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FranceWhen I arrived at 1730 although staff were present but you couldn't get in until 1800, several people were outside waiting to check in, it does say it opens at 1800 but one particular staff member was far from hospitable when asked if the accommodation part was open for check-in. Rules are rules I guess. TV signal was poor so no point watching

United KingdomA lack of heating in our bedroom. The staff twice tried to rectify the problem to no avail. The room was cold. (It is understood that a separate boiler system at the far end of the inn was defective and is being rectified!)
Very pleasant overnight break in our journey to the West Country. (A bit noisy in the breakfast room with Monday morning vacuuming etc. taking place in the adjacent bar!)
