It might be a bit isolated for some people but Llanidloes is not far and the Red Lion in the next village does food.

A beautiful location, very quiet. Andy and Suzie were so welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were warm. Huge bathroom and shower. Breakfast goodies in the room with tea, coffee facilities. Small fridge and toaster, home made jam. A welcoming tea bread when we arrived. Couldn't have asked for more.

Restaurants in the nearby village weren’t all open on certain days: worth checking on arrival or beforehand.

Situated in a quiet village, this was just what we wanted. The room was comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches like maps and brochures and books to read. Plenty of choice for breakfast, on a help oneself basis in the room, and a spacious bathroom with excellent shower. It would have been good to use the outdoor table and chairs, but summer hadn’t quite arrived! Our hosts were friendly and helpful without being intrusive, and all was well. We enjoyed seeing the spotted woodpecker amongst the birds using the feeders!

The setting was beautiful, , lovely room, spacious bathroom. Room had everything we needed and more, lovely breakfast items aswell as biscuits , homemade cake. Hosts were brilliant.

I think there was a winter quilt on the bed, and as it was the summer and hot, it would have been better with a summer quilt.

I would have preferred a cooked breakfast. As the address was Caersws, I thought the roads to where I needed to travel each day would have been easier. I am sure for people who wanted to go walking the scenery and the area was beautiful . and the hosts were very pleasant.

The room went very cold very quickly when the heating went off and the bed frame was noisy when you turned in bed the flooring is beautiful but very cold and hard on your feet so you do need slippers.But apart from that it was faultless the facilities were excellent as was the price for the room.

Breakfast was supplied but you will need to eat out for all other meals as this accommodation don't have kitchen cooking facilities, other than a kettle and toaster.

It's was peaceful location, nearest village is about 4.4 miles by car. This was what we were looking for. A peaceful get away and reconnectin with nature. The hosts were very helpful and friendly.

A little difficult to find as the postcode took us the wrong way and the B&B wasn’t clearly signposted - it just looked like someone’s house. As the room & bathroom were essentially part of the hosts house , we could hear everything going on ie movement up and down stairs , the dogs barking occasionally and people talking. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it didn’t feel as private as maybe you’d hope.

Beautiful location with such stunning scenery , the room was bright and inviting and the bed was incredibly comfy!! A really gorgeous secluded place , perfect for a quiet getaway. Option to park in the property driveway which was great, but due to the quiet location we didn’t feel it necessary as we popped in and out a lot.
