Bath Jacuzzi didn’t work in bedroom. Towel rack too high to get towels off. Tile missing off the bath shower needed grouting. Tv too small for the size of room. Wedding guests noise when leaving. We did pay for breakfast told it was 8am by the reception. went down to have breakfast at 8am to be told that it’s 8:30-10am that the times had changed for today. We had to leave breakfast as we needed to leave at 9 am. it says that breakfast on the weekend is 8am-11am? So it shouldn’t have changed and we feel very let down by this. We paid £190 for the room feel very let down for the money it cost.

Not many options at breakfast if you dont want hot food. Wifi can be patchy in rooms. bar and lounge are fine.

I have stayed here numerous time. All the staff I have encountered have been excellent. Any issues have been swiftly rectified. Food and service are excellent. New coffee machine is welcome!

I paid extra for a "Luxury" room, but the room we were given was not up to expectations - I was asked at reception was everything good and I said not really (ref the room) and then gave us a refund pf £30 which did surprise me, so perhaps they have had other comolaints about that room. Ask for a room in older part of the building.

Comfortable and clean room. Good parking facilities, plenty of parking space. Function room was great. Easy to find and in the perfect location for an event I was working at on site.

Oh dear i had booked for my 86 year old mum and daughter to get away from noisy emergency work and lots of dust in our house…… only to have TWO Weddings on consecutive days. The receptionist assured us we were at the “other side” of the hotel….. this proved to be totally untrue!!! We were literally right above the orangery where the weddings took place. It was so loud we kept thinking the windows were open!!!!! On the second night, the Wedding disco went on beyond midnight and i’d to ring down to reception to complain. Couldn’t believe our bad luck!!

The grounds are gorgeous. The hotel is really nice on the whole and the decor is lovely. Everywhere is clean and the downstairs areas are comfortable with good service. The bedroom was clean and bigger than i expected… BUT it was an ATTIC type room with very low celings. Some surfaces even had a cushioned pad on the low roof ie in the bathroom near the toilet & where the kettle was set, to help with continously banging your head.

The leak in my dressing room coming from the ceiling on to the carpet and the TV hardly had any channel but other than that absolutely great lovely staff lovely cosy and warm hotel 👌

It got very cold through the night. The heating was a bit erratic. Some of the furnishings were a bit tired, for example the bathroom blind didn't work properly and the window sill was dirty. There was no TV remote in the room, so we had to search the channels manually.

Move vibe is focused on events, maybe because I was there on weekends.

The greens and garden is amazingly classic … love it and the old centric fleer it comes with. Good for pictures, I understand why it’s a wedding hub. Restaurant is not so so … just not focused for that. It’s just a wedding and a party place, not seriously a hotel class.
