That both eating places were both closed on Monday and Tuesday, that the Booking.com description of the lodge suggested they all have hot tubs when they don’t.

Nise pollution. The lovely location and potential peacefulness are compromised by the loud music broadcasted by one of the on-site restraunts and also the construction works in progress. The deprioritisation of the fishing facilities and lake maintenance in favour of alternative objectives and goals.

The staff are very good, customer service exemplary. Location and opportunity for escape.

Lovely clean lodge with large hot tub. Great location for dog walks. On site restaurant good value, great food and friendly staff. Would definitely return

A little mirror in the bathroom would be great. Easy enough to do make up etc. in the bedroom mirror, but putting contact lenses in is easier in the bathroom. A couple of bath robes would be a nice touch for the hot tub. Some outside lighting would be a good addition. Even just some fairy lights around the fence.

Hot tub was amazing, stayed really hot. Pod was clean, modern, comfortable and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Dinner and cocktails at the Asian on-site restaurant were great.

I'd avoid jacuzzi next time, as we had been stayed at 2 different houses, both hot water at the jacuzzi is barely warm and it took forever to fill up. We end up need to boil water from the hob and kettle to fill it up.

We stayed at lux sky, it's very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped (except oven). The staff is very attentive, even we had problem with the electricity, they came within 15mins (in the evening) and even helped us to change another house when the problem couldn't solved. We would come back again!

The WiFi access wasn't great - we were not given any information about how to connect. It would have been good to have that information on our welcome pack.

Great space around the lake and access to restaurants. Perfect accomodation with all facilities and privacy of a jacuzzi and sauna which is amazing for the price!

The mattress was awful I’d read the review and took a mattress topper and it still was an awfully uncomfortable bed! The sofa was awful too!

There were no instructions on use of sauna

Very clean lodge with great facilities with the spa bath and sauna. We found the spa bath warm enough to sit in like a hot tube. Loved going from the sauna to the bath. Wonderful Asian restaurant nearby. It overlooks the Jake and the food was delicious

Wi-Fi/phone signal poor

Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Loved the jacuzzi and sauna. Although no oven, there was a four hob cooker so was able to make meals. The surroundings were peaceful.

No signal and no WiFi in the cabins - fine if you want to off grid but not if you need access. You have to walk out the cabin and near reception.

Lovely location, the site and lakes are really lovely. The hot tub and cabin is great. Great on site amenities, restaurants etc.

Our sky lux didnt have an oven and we had taken food to cook meals which then all went to waste, I didnt realise it didnt have an oven when looking at the pictures of the kitchen i just persumed they all had an oven and then the days we were there sunday 4pm to wednesday, the monday and tuesday the restaurants ect are all closed which was majority of our stay as checkout was 10.30am weds, so that was a shame but it will make us book different days when going again later in the week.

The complex as a whole. It was beautiful and its still not even finished, the accomodation was beautiful, well laid out and had all you need for a relaxing getaway if you want to stay in and use your lodge facilities we had jacuzzi bath and sauna and even made use of the firepit, the staff were all really friendly and helpful and the fishing was good too.

The only thing about this one was there isn’t any curtains and a light was outside our bedroom all night and would be woken up by how bright it was early in the morning, but not a major issue

We stayed in Nature 5 and the location was perfect we was in the corner and had a big outdoor area with a jacuzzi, sauna, ice bath & rain shower. The dog loved it and being able to use the facilities whenever we wanted was amazing. Lots of nice walks, and a very quiet peaceful place! lovely to get away and relax.

Pet hair on the soft furnishings, closeness of other properties, wicker fences that weren’t as private as hoped, no user guides for certain things and not enough guidance for others, cupboards not soft close, couldn’t turn off the towel rail in the bathroom, lack of signage around the park
