You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location was fab for a gig at Leeds arena. About a mile walk which we enjoyed as the weather was lovely. Area was pretty quiet. Free parking which was a real bonus.

United KingdomThe host didn't ask how we wanted the beds set up: I had to find bedding for the sofa bed myself, and had to search through some very untidy cupboards.
This ground floor flat is conveniently located for visiting Leeds University, being a short walk away. Good level of cleanliness throughout. A well-appointed kitchen with coffee & tea provided. Both the double bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. Nice and warm with control over the thermostat. Plenty of places to eat in the city centre or in Headingly - we ate Japanese at Tada.

United KingdomIt’s very clean and tidy but the smell of damp is quite noticeable. The bedding and towels were OK but would be quite nice to have some nice new crisp ones.
I liked its location, 20 min walk from the First Direct Arena. Clear instructions from Roni with regards to where the key was etc etc. Quiet location away from the centre of town. Parking for a car was easy and there’s a permit supplied. Had to contact the host and he was available immediately.
