Was a little difficult to find address apart from that perfect.

Very clean state of the art apartment with all amenities. Easy to operate heating etc, nice bathroom. Hood communication with host.

Mark was exceptional as the video he sent was really helpful in getting into the apartment. Aesthetically, I could not fault anything. It was neat and just as what we saw In the picture. Very good location, strategically located close to the high street and recreation centres. I hope to come back during the summer. Great place… good value for money

The stairs, we are in our 80's but wouldn't be a problem for younger people.

Excellent comfortable refurbished apartment in central location. Dog friendly. Car parking on site.

Key pads did not always activate as described, so had to ring someone to open the door. Wewere in the upstairs apartment. The stairs are steep, and in the dark my mum slipped at the top of the stairs but only fell 3 steps. There needs to be some sort of night light or reflective strips on the stairs for when it is dark

Reserved parking was good as there is a lot of permit parking nearby. Spacious and comfortable inside.

We are in our 60’s it would be good if there was a hand rail to hold onto going up and down the stairs. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

It was self catering. Left us tea coffee milk water. Was very comfortable and clean. Beach is near. Southend shopping centre within walking distance. Near Cliffs Pavilion. Catholic Church is near. Good communication with Woodrange. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. We thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you

No banister on the stairs, no blind for the shower (frosted glass doesn't give privacy when the next door neighbor's are near their window or in the garden.) Freezer needs a defrost and the double bedroom door hinge needs updating. It's the only door that slams. Fans in both bedrooms, had to give up mine. An optional sheet for hot weather, we both had quilts, in July ☀️

The stairs, we had to take a baby gate with us otherwise it was to dangerous for the kids.

There was nothing at all to dislike.....but an addition of a handrail would have been useful when going up and down the stairs...

We booked it for 6, there are just 4 chairs, it would have been nice to have 2 spares ones. The back garden is not accessible. No recycling on premises.

Lovely apartment, well located, spacious and well furnished. Come with a car park space which is nice. Fruit basket is a nice touch. kitchen is well equipped.

The fire alarm was triggered each time we used the oven. Having to pay £25 to check in at 1400 rather than 1700: when 1400 is a standard check in for accommodation. The staff advised that they’d send us the door codes between 1300-1400 on the day of check in and this was not done. We were forced to phone them after 1400 from the front door of the property to which they asked us to connect on WhatsApp and send the details. There was no apology nor for not sending the codes and no acknowledgment when we complained about the additional £25 fee. I messaged them about codes required to watch certain tv stations and one tv not actually working, to which I never received a reply. No recycling facilities, which was very disappointing. No paper information package at the property eg. how things work etc. However these issues would not prevent us from using the property again, but it did detract from our overall experience.

The property was fantastic. Excellent location, quiet, great bed+linen, lovely towels, good heating, Wi-Fi and spacious.

No access to garden but not really necessary this trip kids were not bothered at all.

Nice clean apartment. Rooms are big and had Tv's. Equipped kitchen ( was not expecting what was there to be there). Extremely comfortable beds! Location isn't too bad ( 15-minute walk to seafront). Perfect stay for us and would definitely book again. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the home from home feel.

I had my dog with me and he is practically blind..when he heard a noise below he headed to see what it was and fell down the stairs. A child gate is needed.
