The only problem was the back door which was very difficult to lock.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was very cosy and comfortable and everything was provided. The location was excellent, being just a few minutes walk to the Red Lion pub and the thoroughfare. Woodbridge has excellent facilities, great shops and lots of very good pubs. We would definitely stay again.

A fairly strong smell of damp and little bit draughty in the sitting room. But we did have exceptionally wet windy weather.

We are a family of 4 so needed to use the sofa bed for one of our children. It was smaller than expected but was fine for a couple of nights.

Fantastic location and very quiet. No traffic noise at all. Really cosy cottage. Easy to park. The double bed was incredibly comfortable. Great communication from the owner.

No instructions to work the freestat controls, I worked it out eventually. No visitors book.

Great location for the river walk or the centre of town. The town had a great selection of shops and some lovely coffee shops

Sam was very accommodating and nothing too much trouble. Answered my queries promptly. Parked outside the property. Road quiet and a very brief walk to the town. The property was clean and had everything you needed. The house warmed up very quickly too once we returned from a day out which helped in the month of January.

Parking outside the property was a challenge but when we got a space the next door neighbour came out moaning. The single bed was very creaky and the room was far too hot and sadly the thermostat on the radiator didn’t work so wasn’t a great night sleep. Sofa bed was ok apart from feet hung off the end!

Very comfortable stay! Sam provided all relevant information beforehand and was very responsive through the booking.com app. The cottage was very clean, cosy, and comfortable. Appreciated the tea, coffee, and sugar in the kitchen and soaps/shampoo in the bathroom. Lovely small garden area with table and chairs - unfortunately did not get to use it due to weather but would be lovely in the summer. Perfect location for local walks along the River Debden. It is also only a short car journey/taxi from the excellent gastropub The Unruly Pig. All in all - an excellent stay!

Perfect cottage for a night's stay with my husband. Parking was easier than expected. Retrieving the keys was so simple. The cottage was super clean and really well equipped. It is also only a short walk into town, which was absolutely perfect when wearing heels! We would highly recommend this cottage and host.

The cottage was perfect, very clean and well presented. Great location on a quiet road and very near Woodbridge centre. Communication from the owner was excellent in the lead up to staying and a lovely touch to find tea, coffee etc supplied on arrival. Would definitely go back.

The garden was very over grown which was a shame as we would have liked to sit outside on a very hot evening. The garden table and chairs could do with a good clean too.

The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything you may need. Beds were comfortable and lovely bedding.
