Location was amazing. Room was slightly smaller than expected but did the job. Good value for money considering location. Towels were provided and room was fresh and clean. Kettle and tea bags / coffee were a nice touch. Loved the soap.

The room we originally had unfortunately an awful smell of smoke and green as it seemed someone had been smoking in the room even though it was a none smoking property but the staff were very accommodating and changed us room although to a slightly smaller room our stay was still very pleasant

I found it quite noisy, with keypad beeping and doors closing loudly at all hours; also I could hear coughing and tvs in other rooms quite easily too.

The fact the hotel was completely unmanned wasn’t the best, we booked thinking someone would be there to check us in at least but everything was literally self done upon arrival which didn’t feel too safe. The rooms were nicely decorated but really small and especially the bathroom where my partner got stuck on the toilet as the gap between that and the shower was so narrow. He also hit his head a couple of times on the ceilings as they were low. The location wasn’t right on Bowness so transport is required to get down there and the rooms were in weird order as rooms 3 and 4 where we were staying were on the top floor up narrow stairs that were quite steep.

The location wasn’t the best as it was a 5-10 minute drive into Bowness on Windermere which wasn’t ideal for what we were looking for. The bathroom was lovely and modern and the shower was lovely too and decent size for the size of the bathroom. The extractor fan was in the way as it was on the wall right next to the toilet so overall there just wasn’t enough room in there and felt very claustrophobic as the low ceiling came down above the sink causing my partner to hit his head upon brushing his teeth. The place was nice and clean though and plenty of coffee/milk for a drink in the morning.

I loved how cosy the room was for a couple, the bed was comfortable and as it was cold and wet outside, the heating was a huge bonus. Would definitely stay here again! The location was also great!

Bed's mattress was a little hard and the room was a little small. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over 6 feet. My boyfriend cracked his head on the light fixture and ceiling a number of times (for reference, he is 6 foot 5).

Lovely modern room in a great location in Windermere. Perfect for people travelling in from the train station. The hotel was lovely and quiet and the shower was amazing!! Only a short walk into the town and in a great location if travelling by car.

Lack in facilities I.e. no hairdryer or fridge. There also happened to be really noisy neighbours, there should be an after hours “quiet time” sort of thing. We were awoken at 2am to the sound of cheering and shouting below us.

The location of the property was great and the rooms are very modern.

Quite noisy, you can hear neighbours walking to the toilet constantly, that disturbs the sleep. The room was quite smelly on the arrival. Plus no method of having ventilation (windows sealed up, no air-con). Would at least be good to have a window that could open.

The towels were too fluffy had white fluffs all over all day. Parking was terrible in the area and around the building.

The walls between rooms were very thin and not very soundproof. We could hear the nextdoor guests snoring all night.

there must of been dogs in our room as there were dog hairs on our pillows. I’m not bothered there were dogs I took one myself but maybe keep an eye on the throw pillows and blanket and change when dirty

very small room for the amount of money. The bathroom was so tiny, even when I had shower had to look after not to bump my head at corners. Also I don't think you can call it a hotel with no reception.No hairdryer in place, and the bed was squeaky. I could hear everything from the next room,which is not great. .
